I also clicked for the beard. Such an amazing melody and a heartbreaking vocal for such a simple, quiet guitar part. Love this.

I'd never heard of Bradford and only clicked the video because he had an awesome beard lol. This has just blown me away! Fantastic song, fantastic voice and of course not forgetting the fantastic face warmer!

Followed a link trail from the Noah Gundersen Ballard Sessions, was entranced by the beard, was not expecting that...sound. I'm blown away. Powerful, soulful, and simple all at the same time. Wow.

+Justine Dambroten Bradford performs as much as ever, mostly with his collaboration with Beth Whitney called The Banner Days (facebook.com/bannerdays). They have a show here in Seattle at the Triple Door on 1/15

Hello, would someone be kind enough to write the lyrics of this beautiful song please ? I'm french, and I find it hard to understand all the words... Thanks very much !

You write great songs and perform very well but you should leave out the wooooooing parts. Just a friendly tip. Use a harmonica there or just leave it out. peace

Music is art... And it's up to the artist. To my ears it sounds good. Your opinion isn't law when it comes to art.

I totally disagree. I absolutely love his clarity of tone and admire his vast range. Those parts provide a beautiful contrast to the grit of the lower parts and add auditory texture to the overall feel of the song, not to mention the emotional impact. LOVE, LOVE, LOVE this performance!
