Love the format. Watching Bradford improvising at the beginning was legit funny. I’d definitely love seeing you use the Dream 65 and dial in different tones on it to get a feel of what you think it’s strengths and weaknesses are.

He says there is too many drives on this board to play live… But he puts a KOT, a protein, a katana, a kilt, a and a preamp mk2 on his main board😂. Nothing against you Brad I love what you’re doing!

My live pedalboard has 7 overdrives. I also use the Tilt, and the Mira! This helps me feel better about my purchases. I actually didn't dig the Tilt at first, but I just got my first telecaster, and it is great with a tele.

Hey Bradford, I love this new series concept! I recently picked up a CB MOOD v1 back when they were closing them out. Great pedal but I'd love to see ways/ideas on how to use it live in a worship context. Beyond the Stu G way of just adding a simple ambient pad (which I did last Sunday and it works great for). Thx

A zoom G1xon can do almost anything most pedal boards can do. Lots of good modulations. Decent drives. Great delays. Good reverbs. Can add mods to delays and verbs for more modern sounding versions of verbs and delays. It's not as good as something 10 to 20x the price but for sub $100, into a good tube amp, a good player can make great sounding parts with this unit.

P&W players try to use overdrives to do what their hands, musical intuition, and guitar controls can do way better 😔.

Overdrives, hands, fingers, intuition, etc - they’re all just tools we use to create the sounds in our heads. We live overdrives 🤷🏻‍♂️

@@worshiptutorials I like being a purist. I just prefer the sound of electrons that haven’t been routed and directed through multiple mazes of circuitry. That’s when I’m inspired to play the song with as much conviction and honesty as possible. I still hit all the big parts, but they have life to them. The preserved energy of a pure guitar signal is noticeable to everyone in the room, even those without discerning ears. Dudes with lots of drives tend to fixate on parts. It gets the job done, but it’s boring as heck. The alternative is to let your limitations force you to into a “nut up or shut up” situation. That’s never boring.
