What an awesome condo! Do you do your own edits or do you have someone edit the clips for you Brad? I feel like you would be so busy it would be hard to do the edits yourself.
@BradMcCallum3 жыл бұрын
For years I did it all myself. I still am involved in the edit of every video - but this past year I trained an awesome young guy who has grown into a great filmmaker as well. He edited most of this one. :) When we have many edits to complete I'll edit one and he'll edit the other. Right now I'm working on editing Million Dollar Tours Episode 6!

There is no way I can ever afford a flat like that and if I would ever be able to spare 1.25M I might have another 30k to get some plugs on the kitchen island, so it may have some use for cooking, move the wine bottles, that need to be chilled considering the bottles I will be able to afford, away from the hot spot fire place and for sure some exquisite glasses closer. The purple wall and the mirror might stay to make sure the guests make their way out, but leave the car, after the feast I could prepare if the kitchen would be of any real use. PS: Nice coffee cooker. A home office place and you kick out the most classic furniture items in the flat? If they are originals (Charles Eaemes Lunge Chair usually with Ottoman) they are 6k each, just the foot rest is missing. Have a seat with and without a small pillow in them to understand what I mean, with a wine for sure. Chilled to recommended temp on the lable (backside....) Scared of hights?

One thing I've always wondered about condo's, is that the full price to own ? Or there is still some rent as well
@tonysopranosduck416 Жыл бұрын
There will be a condo fee as well. Depends on the age of building, unit size/price, how many amenities and parking spaces. They also fluctuate!! Many condo owners are selling and moving to suburbs in houses because condo fees can suddenly have unexpected hikes…like $1500-$3000 extra , and 2 years later another extra fee. Condo fees are extremely volatile. This is a beautiful condo though, and beautiful layout, luxurious size. It’s too bad he didn’t touch on the amenities in the building because those are often the key attractions. Many in Calgary are now including a car wash, pet and bike wash and rooftop lounge/bbq party area.

It's only called 'semi-private' because other people can use the elevator, but nobody else can get off on your floor. This is true for even $50M apartments in NYC - nobody has private elevators in high rises. Second bedroom is in the video, you must have missed it.
