Fitness Street LONG TERM Accommodation (2home Resort) | SE03E73

I've been staying at 2home resort for over 3 months and I highly recommend staying here. For the past 3 months, I've been staying in the "pool view" room and paying 10,000 Baht per month which I've paid using credit card (with a small % surcharge).
The 10,000 Baht per month that I've been paying is the "low season" rate which has included water, electricity and free laundry. As we slowly approach the high season, my rent will be increasing to 11,000 Baht per month (because I'm an existing occupant). However, I'll be moving to another room in the next 1 to 2 days.
Pool view room (low season) ➜ 10,000 Baht per month (email Zoe)

Garden View rooms (high season) ➜ 11,000 Baht per month (email Zoe)
Six Pack Cottage rooms (high season) ➜ 10,000 Baht per month (email Zoe)

2Home is by far the best value accommodation you’ll get not only on the soi but in Phuket. Ive been going there 11 years now since there were just 8 rooms around the time the pool view were getting built. Its as good as you’ll get for 1.5 times the price anywhere on the soi and other places that charge 20k and above don’t even have much more to offer only a heavier bed and some stuff that looks s bit fancier. 2Home is the best by far im glad you finally got around to it because ive recommended it in your Facebook group many times. 👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻

I want to book for Oct 15 to Dec 15. I emailed, the room still availalbe. How does prebooking works, as was told just come and room will wait for you, but I am no making any deposit to lock in the price and room and not come and its taken? First time coming to Thailand and Fitness Street so wonder how pre-booking works (I have mostly used AirBNBs for my travels). Thanks

Yep, pool view and a "mountain view". Honestly... I preferred the mountain view (six pack cottage room) because it was more private and less noisy. I never swam in the pool in the 4 months I stayed there.

Love the videos! I saw you answered something similar in the comments prior, but have you ever had any issues with Wifi/Internet that might prohibit one from connecting to work online meetings?

Along Fitness Street - nope! The internet in almost every resort/hotel along fitness street is extremely fast. It's faster than my internet back in Melbourne! Popular work hubs for people along Fitness street is Trooper Eats, Cocoville, and Pure Prep. Also check out Poached & WeCafe (not on Fitness street)

Hey Brad, thanks for all the videos. I didn’t know about this place until I stumbled across one of your videos 2 weeks ago. I booked my ticket yesterday, November to March. I’m looking for accommodations and saw most of the places are getting booked up and a bit expensive. Do you recommend I just booked for the full 3 months online or just book for a week and visit some place in person before I get I get a long term place. Would it be cheaper than online? Don’t want to get stuck without accommodations. Thanks again.

If you've never stayed at 2home/ six pack cottage before then I'd suggest booking 1-2 weeks in a high season and re-assessing once you are here. In a low season, I'd say book a few nights. The reason is you may simply not like it here. Use the first 1-2 weeks to check out other accommodations (i.e. Floraville) or assess long term options at 2home once you've already arrived.

When I went pre-covid, you have a 30 day visa they will give you once you arrive, then as that 30 days is ending, you can purchase a 30 day extension at the immigration office in Phuket. Super easy to get. Im from the US

As of the 1st of Oct, you can get a 45 day visa on arrival and then extend that by 30 days before needing to do a visa run. The 45 day VOA finishes March 2023.

All rooms have a lockable cupboard mate. But the rooms are very secure I tried break my own lock at 4am one night I lost my key and thankfully failed 🤣🤣🤣
