[00:00:00] You know, I come out to these houses, I have no idea when I'm going to see or anything about the property, I might know that it's three bedrooms or something. I had no idea I was going to come out to try to help these people sell a park. Look at this. There's an acre and a half. This is a beautiful home. It's a lot of square footage. I don't know how much I'm going to find out from Jeremy and I'm going to put it right here. But it's a lot of square footage puts on acre and a half. 3 bedrooms, 2 full baths, one half baths. It is lovely. And it is spick and span clean. It is top notch. It's like as clean as my grandmother's house would be. Anyway, you're going to love this inside. Let's show it. You're really close to Stanford. Then a hop, skip and a jump up to Lexington. Then hop, skip and a jump down to Lake Cumberland. You're gonna love it. What does Stanford have? It's got everything. It's got the Wal-Mart Supercenter. It's got a hospital. It's got a lake. There's a big, beautiful bass fishing lake there, and then Lake Cumberland, which is that way about 20, 30 minutes. It has a 64000-acre lake, and I don't have to tell you what you can do in that. You can do anything in that. Ray, run cigarette boats and houseboats, big houseboat territory. Anyway, this is a private on clay. There's about maybe 12 or 15 houses in here. We've sold some houses in here before, and it's just need. Is a pin spotless?
