No reason why you couldn't put a bait shop in there, maybe sell some hotdogs or something. There's a lot of fishermen. We're gonna go for a flight. There was nobody out there. There were maybe 1 or 2 boats. But it's pretty busy today. And of course, the weekends are crazy. This has a drive through here, which is really nice. The overhead door and the front overhead door in the back. You can drive right through. And then Miss Rascal here as a bathroom and a little kitchenette area anyway.

This is a great property. You gave me a lot of ideas. Just please slow down when panning a room. It's hard to see when you are flying around so fast. It's like you are getting nervous to move to the next area. Take a deep breath and relax into the showing. Your viewers will appreciate it and get a better idea of the place and what they might want to change with it if they get it. Again, you get nervous when you open a door and there is a messy room. Don't worry, take another deep breath it's not your mess. Still show it slowly because your viewer has to absorb the mess in order to see how they would use the room. It's OK, your doing great. I love your presentations and extensive amount of information on each property. My delima is one of my grandsons is moving to Orlando next weekend and I have two more in SanDiego still. My heart is in Kentucky. Everything you show is how I want to live out my retirement but I'll be too far from my grandkids. Once I figure this one out I know I'll have a Kentucky address. I sure like this for me and my boy. Not too much to handle. But still idyllic .. right on the water and working biz from home. Speaking of which .. that old although not updated by my standards, that home is lovely. Very clean and in good sturdy shape. Beautiful wood floors. Lots of room and plenty of storage. Lots of recreation and No HOA dues. Looks like people are around but still have plenty of space between me and the neighbors. I like people, I just don't like to live with em right up under my armpits! lol. Give me some breathin' room. I love the idea of that gift shop! I'll bet this already sold, hasn't it?

I worry about this a little because I know a woman who lost her property after it was taken by the government. It was next to a dam, and I guess they (Army Corps?) needed to flood the area. She contested it in court and lost the property completely. I see that this is the only property on the entire lake, and it's next to a dam. This is all conjecture and perhaps paranoia, but I don't know what a homeowner's rights are in cases like this.

I know this from personal experience, what looks good through the view screen is a whirl wind on the screen. I have sent people into vertigo or so I was accused. basically you want to count to 5 to move the view and hold that view for another count of 5. It makes for a slower video but it does not instill motion sickness and for many people, they are looking at a lot of stuff for the time, the camera whizzing past something of interest is very frustrating for a viewer.
