Great video, Brad, considering you had to hold the camera throughout the video. The house and the property are magnificent. The 19 acres including a shooting range...all it needs is a nine hole excutive golf course. I fished on Herrington Lake well back into the 70's when my wife and I visited her family in the Tri-state area. Kentucky is a beautiful state but my heart is set on living in the San Juan Mountains of Colorado.

Pretty neat family home and swanky spot on the lake. What a beautiful location. Not what I’d want but will be very comfortable for someone. Very very comfortable. I think I like the green, the trees, a bit of land to have gardens, maybe bees, a few animals. Not too far from a city as I’d need to work still while building a little house. Definitely some forest for wood and beauty. Not sure what to think regarding cost. Oh to dream!
