This is my generations music and we lived for shows like this, getting up close to our idols with only lights and the controlled explosions. I don't think that we would have appreciated any extra distractions taking the focus off the group. We went for the music and with Queen, that's exactly what we got, in spades. Great and special times.

Deacon is probably my favorite bass player of all time. He has so many classic lines that it is hard to believe.

Thanks for giving John Deacon some love - he is not the showman like the other 3 - but my god - what an excellent musician!!!

This concert was being filmed (both Montreal concerts were filmed) and the audience was advised by the production company to stay in their seats and keep the noise down. Freddie and the rest of Queen spent the evening trying to get the audience up and enthusiastic.

If you're into more Queen another awesome 3 song combo would be In the Lap of the Gods, Seven Seas of Rye, and Tear It Up Live at Wembley!

Beautiful! I love the Montreal gig. Freddie is on fire, love all 4 of them. Perhaps you would like to check out White Queen live at Hammersmith? Thankyou.

i've been watching a lot of queen reaction vids lately, but it's so refreshing to see someone who actually knows their body of work and is a true fan. very much appreciated.

Thanks! Freddie had perfect timing which gave his movements that flawlessness. In concert you may sometimes pick up that Rogers picks up the vocals so Freddie can rest his voice a bit. The really incredible thing is Freddie's voice on the Innuendo and Made in Heaven albums, when he could hardly stand up...

I believe this was a special concert for filming. So he did not have fatigue from general touring

Dragon attack is One of my all time favs. Gets the crowd going, eases in the band and then BAM. And Lordy he could strut his stuff. This is a complete jam song. “The Shack” was the local hang out in Munich. Fave now I’m here has to be Hammersmith 79. Just outstanding. Freddie has a tug of war when someone in the audience when he gives them his mic. And the improv. Oh la la.

HaHa! You already have presents! You've got Queen! Thanks for your reaction. I think you called this Wembley, tho. Agreed, the Montreal audience got their monies worth with just one upcoming song-"Somebody To Love".

Great reaction, Brad. Up for more Queen? I recommend 'Hammer To Fall' - Wembley live version.

HEY Brad, That was AWESOME!💕 I bet the next Queen concert that you will fall in love with will be the "Fire At The Bowl" at Milton Keynes in 1982, just a year after this (so Freddie was still in his prime health & voice-wise). It's my FAV!!!🙆♀️ Mayyyybe you could start with "Fat Bottom Girls" from there? (You WON'T be sorry, there's Freddie pole dancing😁)

Great reaction. I think something that you might enjoy is Play The Game live at the Bowl Milton Keynes 1982 or Liar live in London 1977.

I'm glad you enjoyed that so much! When you're great, you're great And Freddie n'ever stood still - when you're that full of music and rhythm, it's just not possible. I am a fan of the LIVE performances, and I guess you are also, Brad. So much to see! Great job, thanks.

If memory serves Dragon Attack was essentially a Jam in the studio that became a song, ok not quite, but thats how evolved.
