If you're looking for cheap trailers look at listings for campers. A lot of time people are giving them away or at least very cheap. The downside is you have the all trash in removing the but sometimes you find good stuff like full size propane stoves and refrigerator that runs on propane. I have a friend that now has 2 5th wheel car trailer and 2 utility trailers by doing this. Also just because the camper looks trashy doesn't mean the trailer is.

The prices of homes continue to go up so when I built a home that was $2.5 Million 25 years ago that would be Approx $6 Million today! I'm really sorry to say it Brad but I'm really underwhelmed by this place. The main features I find to be too much. Maybe it's because I've never lived in a big house or what. I did really like the office/library. Also, I really have an issue with homes having so many bathrooms. Does the main bedroom really need 2? Again, my feelings could range from growing up extremely poor, so I can't wrp my head around it. I do think however that this is a form of art and like all art, it's subjective. Not everyone will Luke it, that doesn't mean it's bad. Thanks for another fun video Brad, keep up the great work!

@@curtism-w6b You seem to have a tenuous grasp on reading comprehension, young lad. The point of controversy did not regard the number of homes sold in decades past. The question regarded the value of this property in 15 years. It will most assuredly - as all Palm Beach property has for the past several decades - increase in value. And increase by a good deal, at that. That very probable estimate runs contrary to your statement predicting an acute decrease in value. Your interest in my grandmother, though intriguing, is ultimately irrelevant to your harebrained prediction belied by all salient metrics.

Also did he really say the house was worth $65m as the house has marble on the walls……Jesus Christ that was hilarious. Also the pool has the ugliest fence around it, the pool and grounds need to be reimagined and it’s such a let down. If you had 65m in the bank, would you buy this or would you buy a piece of land and then have an architect build your dream home? I know which option I’d pick

It's interesting how criminals can scout out there victims and their homes. Recently a guy was following me around the grocery story with a hoody over his head. He stayed close to me, as if he needed to remain close to me. Finally I pulled out my titanium wallet which surrounds my credit cards, and I showed him and I said, "Is this what you're looking for?" He looked at me and walked away. I did that because on another occassion, at the same store, a young couple also did the same to me, following me around the store, and my bank card numbers and later, according to my bank's security, my bank card information was stolen from me while I was at that store. Point is, it would seem that videos like these unwillingly give certain criminals access to those videoed homes in ways which nothing else does. If I were a criminal and understood advanced security systems and such, then videos like these would probably be more promising for me.
