Finally got mine. A bag of Chocos would have been great, and a gesture hand appropriate for telepathy would be nice. Don't know why he has the holding hand when he doesn't come with anything. Also, he needed a flight stand, but then McFarlane really needs to make posing posts, not just levitation stands.

I would prefered him being a bit taller but still it's cool, but damn Todd, would it killed you to gives a couple of extra hands? I think the holding hand does add some playability though, but a couple of gesture hands and another fist would have been nice, specially since he he can't borrow a hand from any other character... A little something I'd like to add: it is my memory failing me or did Todd say that MM eyes light up? I think I saw a video of him showing it ,I don't know the name of the gimmick, but supposedly if you shine a light behind it or through it ,the eyes should look brighter

I finally pulled the trigger on him. I passed on the classic look figure when I saw him in Target (which I am still kicking myself for). I plan on doing some mods on him so he’s even better. Longer neck leg, pop hip joints out a touch so he’s overall taller, see if I can get a wired cape. He looks awesome.

Huge fan of your videos and was anxious to see your feedback on this one. He is one of my characters and thought he would be my new favorite figure but am extremely disappointed with the size. I'm surprised you didn't address the tiny size.

I dont think that Martian Manhunter has to be a hulking giant. Honestly when Brad lined him up in a JL display I sorta liked that he was a bit smaller. If the size really bothers you in a lineup Im sure putting him on a flight stand and having him hovering would mask that.

He looks very similar to his Snyderverse counterpart. So far this is the best design for Martian Manhunter.

great review. interesting on the sculpted round hinges. only other figure I've seen that done on is the Mandrin Spawns wrists . also side note wasn't this meant to have glow in dark parts ? or was that just prototype one or is it a gold label version ?

I'm happy the first Martian Manhunter is actually a comic version without some glaring side eye decision. We still haven't a seen a proper Cyborg(who to be fair has a 1000 looks), Wonder Woman, Neutral Aquaman face, or Green Arrow. It's all been some other version. The real annoying thing is this lack of alternate hands. If for some strange reason I couldn't get a set of basic hands like EVERY OTHER COMPANY DOES! Just give me too closed fists. Personally I'd like two closed fists, one gripping and, and one open hand. That was you can post him lifting something up and lifting something over his head. Zod was doing it right. The Black Suit Superman was doing it right. This gripping hand plus closed fist is going it wrong.

I already have the DC Collectibles version so I'll probably skip this one for financial reasons, but it's pretty nice. Your Justice League looks kinda like my Justice League. Mine is DC Essentials WW, Batman, Green Lantern, DC Direct Brightest Day Hawkgirl, Green Arrow, Aquaman, Hush series Huntress, McFarlane John Stewart, Flash, Action Comics Superman, DC Collectibles Martian, Arrow series Black Canary, and Cyborg. That's all I have so far, but I'm pretty happy with it. Anyways good video, peace out.
