Great discussion, guys. Jeff - you are hands down the best folkstyle wrestling announcer out there. Full stop. As a PSU homer, I'm stoked for DT taking over the OK State program. PSU has been running away with it in recent years and it's frankly getting a bit boring, if that makes sense. DT will elevate the OK State program - especially recruiting, and will make up ground quickly on PSU in the next 3 years. Also, if OK State finishes ahead of programs like OH State and expecially Iowa next season, imagine the pressure it puts on those coaching staffs - especially Tom Brands. If Iowa finishes below PSU, OH State and OK State, I think he gets released. Just my opinion.

Interesting. I dont think that Davis could beat Nagao. I am guessing that he will probably take a red shirt. I dont see an opening for him next year as a starter

Nagao has no baseline defense on his feet….he constantly puts himself in bad positions on his feet….hes never learned how to sprawl apparently….I think Nagao is odd man out at 133. Zach Rider just beat Gabe Arnold at U20’s….can he make the lineup at 174? Jeff, you’ve been the best for a long long time….keep up the great work. Nick is just a great person thru and thru. Nick is a grinder and will have the lighter weights ready to contend. I think Zain is ready to be done wrestling after these Olympics. New baby, and his job on Wall Street r screaming out. One of the best Penn State wrestlers ever.
