You don't "violate" crimes, crimes are PERPETRATED. How does a perp violate a crime? Laws are violated. what law was allegedly violated by T-rump? Misdemeanor conduct that was not supposedly transformed into a felony accusation until long after it had circumstantially become unprosecutable as a misdemeanor ... because, initially as an actionable violation, it had already passed statutory viability! Because no criminal conduct was established within any judicial procedure before the statute of limitations had passed, no viable conviction of any kind existed that any upgraded felony accusation could be latched upon!
