- **3:00 AM**: Wake up and
-4:00 AM: head to the ground for running and exercise
- **Morning Workout**: Running 5 km, including 1 km barefoot, sprints, cardio, and abs workout
- **Chit Chat with Friends**: Discussing fitness tips, cheat days, and staying healthy
- **Winning the Race**: A fun race with friends where I came out on top 🏆
- **Home**: Taking care of Bella (my golden retriever) who wasn't feeling well
- **Morning Routine**: Home chores, getting ready, and heading to the shop
- **High-Protein Lunch**: Enjoying a nutritious meal with podal and Nutrella
- **6:30 PM Dinner**: Papaya for a light and healthy dinner
- **Evening**: Family time with Aadya and Bella, preparing for the next day's yoga session with Meenal
- **Yoga Prep**: Finding my yoga mat for an exciting online session with Meenal, a yoga expert
