जब भी हम ब्रह्मचर्य का पालन ब्रह्मज्ञान की प्राप्ति के बाद करते हैं (ब्रह्मज्ञान एक पूर्ण गुरु द्वारा ही प्राप्त होता है, जिससे हम ईश्वर के अपने ही अंदर दर्शन करते हैं और फिर उसपे ध्यान लगाते हैं)। तो इस ध्यान पद्धति से हमारे विकार और संस्कार दोनों ही समाप्त होते हैं। जिससे हम ब्रह्मस्वरूप बन जाते हैं जैसे स्वामी विवेकानंद, गौतम बुद्ध, आदि गुरु शंकराचार्य, भक्तिमति मीराबाई जी। यानी इस प्रक्रिया का आरम्भ ब्रह्मज्ञान से होता है। इसलिए इस मार्ग पर चलकर हम अंततः ब्रह्म ही हो सकते हैं। एक और वीडियो का प्रयास ज़रूर रहेगा। आप Instagram पे DM भी कर सकते है - instagram.com/ypssworld
