Hands down, the best Professor of Audit that I have come across, he and his notes are definitely underrated just because he is not a flamboyant advertiser of his course. In case entities other than ch IX, If Management consultancy services which is one of the service covered in sec 2(2)(iv) then Yes otherwise it is prohibited under section 144 of Co Act. In case auditor of Co specified in chap IX of CA act, then we have also need to check whether fees from such MCS service does not exceed the fees charged as an stat auditor
