Maravilloso "GRAN MAESTRO" en el divino arte de los sonidos, que entrega mas absoluta, ojalá pueda verte en tocar en vivo alguna vez !!!

So beautiful! Thank you! I especially loved the passage from 4:35 onwards ... I think at 4:47 - 4:53 you had one of those moments playing Brahms where, even as you are performing it, the beauty of Brahms suddenly makes you weak at the knees! I sometimes get this at sublime moments in the violin sonatas.

Truly worthy of a Gasparo Da Salo! And I'm (we all are) glad it's not so cumbersome, so much so that he can't play it perfectly !!! A true viola voice allowed to sing out here :) Awesome rendition from Grosz and the orchestra!

Éret, szép játék brávó gratulálok. Sokat játszottam én is az f-moll szonátát a múlt század 80-as éveiben versenyeken is például Ile of Man ben amikor Kim Kashkashian nyerte a 2 díjat. Erdélyi Csaba volt a zsűriben. Szépen játszol, csak így tovább és szép a hangod.

Gorgeous playing, Mr. Grosz. Quite exquisite. I think this is the Clarinet and Piano No. 1 in F minor, one of my favorite pieces by Brahms. I've always listened to Pinchas Zukerman and Barenboim, and also Kim Kashkashian -Robert Levin versions. But I think this is my new favorite version. Guy Braunstein does a wonderful job as well. Bravo! Wish I could watch this performance live one day. Any chance the concert will be performed again somewhere in Europe this July?😀

Ito B Thank you for the very kind words. It is indeed an arrangement of the Sonata Op 120 No 1 in F minor. At the moment, there is no plan to play it again but I hope that another opportunity will come up again soon. But thank you for listening and for the high praise.

Slower tempo makes it more concerto like, definitely different ambiance with piano, more tempered
