Just freakin' beautiful. Thank you so much. I love the circles fading to crescents in the legato portions and how the animation allows us to better hear all the temporal discontinuities.
Masterful use of slide effect. I absolutely adore 4:37, it both looks neat and helps to understand what's going on. Also, the clusters (4:50 onwards) was a nice touch. Very insightful animation.

Incredible animation, and a beautifully interpreted piece of music. It must have taken you quite some time to do this. I especially loved the dancing triangles and fading circles....and the stretchy spirals. Brilliant work!

It’s incredible. I never realised I only got into Brahms so recently. It feels like a lifetime.

Excellent as always, Mr. Malinowski. Just out of curiosity, have you ever heard Sergei Taneyev's Piano Quintet in G minor? If so, what do you think of it? I've recently become absolutely enamoured with Taneyev's music over the past few weeks, and I'd absolutely place his piano quintet (and some of his other chamber works, too) among the very best in its genre. Coincidentally, while Taneyev was alive, he was often called "the Russian Brahms," because of their similar compositional methods and styles. I'd love to hear your input if you've heard it. And, if you haven't, then I strongly recommend it!

The greatest Russian composer, and as much as I disagree with the well-intentioned "Russian Brahms" nickname which was given to him, regardless of their musical alikeness, Taneyev's genius quite stands alongside Brahms'.
