One of my absolute favorite pieces...Brahms must have put a lot of emotions into it. I wonder what made him compose this piece. The 2nd movement is perhaps almost as dramatic as this one but not as popular.

Qui!zas Brhams la compuso enamorado de su amor imposible Clara Schumann, cuando ya Robert estaba enfermo e internado. Es mi sentir con esta melodia qur hace vibrar el alma como Tristan e Isolda. amor , pasion y muerte. Obras unicas que tambien quiero en mi funeral como pudio Salvador Dali.
