I like this technique. I just did a couple of variations. I put the "braid" in the middle of a card front with a colored CS strip on the inside of the card. I also folded the card front in half, made the braid, (gate or joy fold?) and threaded ribbon through. I also cut the A2 the other direction and made the braid on the short folded end. I also do a lot of white on white-many possibilities. Thank you for the inspiration!

I LOVE the card and all your videos. Thank you for including the template. This did not work very well for me, BUT that is just me. I'm sure with some practice, I'll get it. I did watch your video, while I followed along, but for whatever reason, a braid broke. I'll keep trying though. This looks much easier than it actually is. But like they say, practice makes perfect! :-) Thumbs up.

+LB christensen Go to her website. Click on Videos on purple bar at the top. In the Search box, type in braided. Click on Rain or Shine, and instructions are there. Then scroll down and you'll find the template download.
