After shopping for notepads@ 2 stores, no luck finding white in the size you used. Purchased yellow ones, which I am doing in VIBRANT colors, themed in" girly girl" for back to school gifts to give my nieces ages 9yrs.&10yrs! , I found 8 1/2 X 11 in white with themes @top of pads : polkadot in black and white,floral etc.92 yr. Grandma will enjoy this size being easier to handle and keep on lap,as well as see easier! Thanks for inspiring me!

Hi Brandy, This is a fabulous note pad cover which could be easily turned into a letter writing kit. I think I will make some of these as Christmas gifts (and add a book of stamps) for my 4 granddaughters and my grandsons won't want to be left out either. Thanks so much for sharing. Judy

I love this! Great Mother's Day idea! I do have a question though. Why stamp on a piece of very vanilla then glue it to another piece of the same color? could you just stamp and tear on one piece or use a different color to glue the stamped piece to such as crumb cake?
