How do you prep all the hair when you only have a braiding rack with only 60 pegs? That’s one of my struggles
@braidsbytyti7768 Жыл бұрын
First I would invest in a rack with 120 pegs. And as you put each strand on a peg, for every row double it (put one strand on 2 pegs). So one full rack = 2 racks. I invested in about 6 racks and I double those and now I’m able to have hair prepped for 2 heads !! :)

Looks like 3-4 pieces for fullness and you only add after that to achieve the desired length ....as soon as you start to braid add the hair underneath piece by piece until u get the desired look (fullness and length) hopes this helps....if not just continue to research "how to add the pieces in a knotless braid " ❤

These are really nice !!! What's a tip to keep the hair from sticking out in the braids? I got the knotless parts down but I just want neatness (hairs tend to stick out) and uniformity lol . I use shine and jam also!
@braidsbytyti77682 жыл бұрын
2 ways I try to keep the hair from sticking out of the braid is 1.Practice on your tucking, always make the synthetic weave overlap the natural hair hair 2. Use edge control or jam and put it on the natural hair and comb the natural hair as you go that way it lays down and blend in with the hair. :)

@braidsbytyti77682 жыл бұрын
Yess ! Definitely a variety LOL. I like to mix different edge controls and gels together to lay it down. :) I definitely been loving the edge booster though ! Gorilla glue is pretty good too I just wouldn’t recommend because it gets flakey and messy. Got 2 b as well. The #1 key though would be to wrap It up for as long as possible with a cotton bandana. That’s what gets ANY hair texture laid :)
