I've wondered how come there hadn't been more hemisphere entrainments. Started listening to your brain training music in mid 2000 after a TBI. Hope there'll be more hemisphere entrainments more regularly... as this one is quite enjoyable.

Thank you for this; I listened to it “monaurally” a few times in a row yesterday, and later found that the tones/subtle melody were stuck in my head (in a very pleasant way). Now I’m reading and listening binaurally and my head actually feels different; spacious, and a slight clearing of the sinuses. There’s something about this track in particular that feels special to me. Maybe it’s that subtle melody...I’m not sure. Going to keep listening as I read, and will meditate with this later. I appreciate how much information is included in the description, and the nature of the information. Thanks again.

First time listening to this. I was absolutely blown away. This track is absolutely divine. Perfect balance of sounds (I love the rain sounds). I felt like I was flying over an ocean. I’ll be definitely listening to this again!

It reminded me of the 1980s cassette tape sublimation guided meditation from some guy called Rama da.

Best to listen to this in the morning, anytime of day or sleeping?

Should we just use it once a day, will using it more than 30 minutes a day have harmful affects?
@abstraction_INVERSION Жыл бұрын
Generally, more than an hour of the same stimulus pattern without significant alteration will tire out your brain and can be counter-productive. That said, this track does fluctuate in a narrow spectrum of fairly common and safe human brainwaves near the baseline of conscious sensation, tending towards relaxation. This can probably be listened to a bit longer than something with constant and/or intense tones or beats before the aforementioned effects would set in, but everyone must feel their own way to what is comfortable. Like everything else, It is what you make it to be, willingly or subconsciously

Ok, nice, that clears up a lot. What if I listened once for 30 minutes in the morning , then another session of 30 minutes later in the day?

@@markkilen5292 that's usually a good approach. It seems common for people to do one in the morning and one in the evening. Since these are low Alpha waves, it would be particularly conducive to entering or exiting sleep, but can be listened to any time of day. Except while driving
