I’m a minor who’s been taking Japanese classes in hopes that I’ll be fluent or at least decent by the time I can move and study abroad, but learning really comes in baby steps, doesn’t it? I’ve just been trying to familiarize myself with how the language sounds when spoken and just include it in my routine, and that’s just one of the reasons I’ve been loving your channel lately! I had bilateral carpal tunnel surgery about 5 years ago but no physical therapy after. Although it can be induced by repetitive actions for the most part it is an inflammatory condition that has a high degree of heritability. I have 5 members of my family with the same condition.

many dry head spas use towel because since they dont use oil, the pressure and massage might hurt the surface of the skin. But I like both skin to skin and towel massage too
