The UCSF Neuro-Oncology Gordon Murray Caregiver Program hosted its annual Caregiver Retreat on May 18th, 2024 on the Parnassus Heights campus. This restorative day provided a warm, nurturing environment for current caregivers of brain tumor patients to connect and learn practical information to manage the challenges that can arise from supporting their loved ones.
In this video, UCSF neuropsychologist, Elizabeth Choi, PhD, speaks to the caregivers about finding our sources of meaning in life. Her talk included a vision board arts and crafts exercise to help create a path to connecting to one's sources of meaning.
