In this #BrainMatters webinar, experts discussed the lifestyle factors that impact brain health, the importance of early detection of memory loss symptoms, and ongoing research in this space.
Our expert panelists included: (1) Dr. Marilyn Albert (Johns Hopkins Alzheimer’s Disease Research Center); (2) Dr. JJ Hernandez (Kaiser-Permanente, Mid-Atlantic); (3) Ms. Teriko Epps (Caregiver, Author, & Public Speaker); and (4) Mr. Willie Powers (Caregiver & Research Volunteer). The event was hosted by Anthony L. Teano, MLA (JHADRC), and moderated by JoAnn Scipio, MSN, RN (Delta Sigma Theta-Annapolis).
