I'm really hoping the whole Daniel crew returns. I'm not sure if Chozen will return home to find his love or if he'll stay. He seemed to really like America...lol But I can also see Chozen staying and helping prepare for the tournament. Next season should be pretty good! That season finale was definitely the best season finale so far.

Terry's plan to enter the Sekai Taikai Tournament was to secure his and Cobra Kai's legacy. To expand it globally. Just because Cobra Kai lost the valley, doesn't mean they lost the world. Most folks outside of the valley never even heard of Cobra Kai. So with Kim Da-Eun having a 50% share in Silver's dojos, she could use his incarceration to acquire the remaining 50%. She could then use the tournament as a way to advertise Cobra Kai (or The Way of the Fist), and its teachings, to the world. Miyagi Fang would have to join forces once again, to put an end to Cobra Kai once and for all.

I suspect a season 6 focused around the Sekai Taikai tournament, preparing for it, Cobra Kai picking up its pieces and with Kreese and Kim training them for the global tournament. He's gonna be all "Cobra Kai never dies" and make his umpteenth comeback lol.

I wouldn’t say join forces AGAIN. I don’t see them splitting apart in the first place. It wouldn’t make sense for them to just stop training right after they beat Silver especially because they’re still in the international tournament whether or not Silver is there.

I'd like to see Barnes more in season 6, perhaps more of a back story with regards to where he learnt Karate and how he became a 10th Dan Black belt at only 19 years of age. I also don't think Silver is done yet, he has considerable resources due to his wealth and connections and I think it's key that the video footage of Silver assaulting Stingray was deleted. It's pretty clear that Stingray will be deemed an unreliable witness and that will be Silver's out. My theory is that Sensei Kim will team with Kreese and they'll work together to prepare Cobra Kai of the tournament ahead. Just wondering as well, does anyone else think Sensei Kim had feelings or at least some personal affiliation towards Kreese? More Barnes, more Silver, more Daniel and Johnny being friends and more tournaments mayhem!

One thing you got wrong, Kreese is no longer looking at any time in jail for the assault on Stingray. Stingray confessed that Kreese did not do it so those charges will be dropped and that conviction reversed. Kreese will get time served for the escape because he should not have been there to begin with. If he would not have escaped he would have been due a cash payment for the time he served for the crime he did not commit. The legal system will call it a fair trade and that will be done away with.

This is a ficticious Tv show if course, but law can be like a pendulum in real life as it is portrayed in here! Even if it's against you, you can use it at your advantage if you know how. And if it's proven that a court sentences someone inncent wrongfully, that person is compensated, NO MATTER how "good or bad" the wrongfully acused individual is! Money, connections and country/societies penal system & laws play a key role as well.

The Kim granddaughter didn't really want anything to do with Cobra-Kai in the first place. Her only reason for doing it was to spread her grandfather's style. I think maybe she might team up with Kreese. That is a possibility because I get the impression she dealt mostly with Kreese and Silver was just kind of like a sidekick or something.. If you notice back in the old days Silver was just a suckup to Kreese and very weak. Kreese was the strong one. Kim Da Eun knows not much about Silver I think before the events of the show, she called him on his BS of trying to impress her with money and luxury, and ultimately was very disappointed in his utter failure. She warned him time and time again and he always had a comeback. As the granddaughter of Kim Sum Yung she has been training in that style her whole life. Silver is nothing compared to her. But when she said "That is a disappointment." to Kreese no longer being in the picture, I think when she finds out what Silver did to Kreese that's going make her hate Silver even more.

In season 6 Robby gets reinstated in school like Tory did. Now that everybody is getting along they will make a strategy to beat Kim Sun Yung and Kreese. Daniel will invite Julie to come along. Chozen will propose to Kumiko maybe after the tournament. Too bad Ed Asner isn't there to play Sid because I was hoping that Robby would meet him and Daniel would change him.

There's so much they can do with Julie alone. Maybe Julie is dealing with her own bullies returning and she goes to ask Daniel for help, right as he's dealing with the aftermath of Season 5. Maybe Julie is an animal Vet, since she liked animals in her movie. You could even do jokes with that, such as pointing out to Johnny that Eagles don't have "Fangs" and reacting to Hawk's tatoo. Then maybe Colonel Dugan and his cronies find out what's going on and scoop up Kreese, offering for him to join them.

The main teen villain has to be Kenny. They spent time building him up as the next big thing, and gave him the win vs. Hawk. He's so angry that you don't just lose that anger after losing your sensei. Anthony treated him like absolute crap, and I don't see them becoming friends all of a sudden. Kenny said "next year you're mine" referring to the next school year, but we haven't even reached that part of the show yet.

We've cycled through the OG movie casts and history in order. Season 1, 2, and 3: Johnny and Kreese reviving Cobra Kai. We even went over and met Chozen. Season 4 & 5: Kreese revived the old Terry Silver. We even got to meet Mike again. Season 6: I know it's a stretch but I kinda wanna see the girl from the old Julie Pierce as Tory's mother or a side cameo or something just to round out the old movies.

@@AsuraQin I've been all for bringing in Julie (the problem will be Hilary Swank's schedule and availability). I was against bringing in Ned, Eric, Col. Dugan and the Alpha Elite, as it would require some shoehorning to bring them in. However, in light of the Sekai Taikai, it's conceivable that the Alpha Elite could be one of the other dojos, with Dugan still as their sensei. I'd prefer that instead of the "Dugan was in Vietnam with Kreese and Silver" theory many people have suggested.

Kreeses escape from Jail means the case against Silver will end up being dismissed. It will be Silvers word against Stingrays with NO evidence. Plus since he originally lied in court Silvers lawyers could argue that Stingray could be lieing again. I believe this will be one of the Plot Points in the final season of Cobra Kai(Season 6).

I think that she and him will pick up the pieces of Cobra Kai and have season 6 focus around both dojos getting ready for the global tournament. They are already entered, people will want to see it now. Netflix can either make a full season out of that, or perhaps a shorter season/movie length episode to act as a finale including the tournament.

The biggest theory on everyone’s mind is that kreese will reconnect with Kim and take their karate to the main stage. That’s most likely where Daniel and Johnny will find out that he’s still alive.

In hindsight.... What exactly did Silver *actually* get arrested for? He didn't do anything worse than any of the other characters in this season (legally), and sure, bribing a referee for a teen karate championship is pretty slimy, but does it really warrant prison time? Was he arrested due to Stingray recanting his prior statement? It's not like there is even any video proof of that anymore. Did the writers not think this through, or are they leaving it open for a S6? At this point, I'm not totally convinced that Cobra Kai will even get a S6. The S5 finale ended on an unusually decisive victory for the good guys, with almost all (major) loose ends tied up. The show writers even admit that they haven't been renewed for a new season and that all of their attention has been diverted to their new show they are working on.

I think that may be the plan: Miyagi-Fang (or whatever they choose to call themselves) makes a splash at the Sekai Taikai, which makes them known all over. This makes their dojo popular, so Johnny can go back to being a full-time sensei, pretty much the only thing he knows how to do well. This also means he can support Carmen and their new baby.

2:48 One thing to keep in mind is that if they know that John Kreese faked his death to escape is that they also know he's innocent because ultimately it was Silver who did that to Stingray. So it's questionable whether or not Kreese will have any serious charges against him at all. They might decide to just drop the charges if no serious damage was done.

Cobra Kai Season 6 Story takes place between September to January Episode 01 - Terry Silver is defeated and arrested. John Kreese is on the loose. Cobra Kai is seemingly done for good and in danger of forfeiting their spot in the Sekai Taikai tournament. Silver easily makes bail but is put under house arrest. Unable to leave his mansion, he helplessly watches as his former allies abandon him including Kim da Eun who returns to Korea. He is also loosing his grip of control on the valley as word of his defeat has reverberated across the community and his students are leaving in droves. As a result, his expansion dojos are in danger of closing down. Understanding that he cannot be the face of CK again until his name is cleared but also afraid that he will be attacked by Kreese, SIlver enlists the help of an old business associate, Ned Randall. Randell and his team are former marines who now work as mercs for hire. Silver enlists them for his own protection but also to keep CK alive. He asks Ned to run CK in his stead in which the latter agrees. Little does Terry know, but Randell has no interest in really teaching karate to students but he goes along with it for now. Episode 02 - Ned Randall and members of his team introduce themselves as the new sensei's of Cobra Kai. Amanda confronts Daniel about this, but Daniel says that he doesn't have any idea who these guys are. At first things seem harmless enough. Randell presents himself as just a humble former student of CK who wishes to bring honor back to dojos name and surprisingly the doesn't send any of the students after Daniel. He also seems genuine in wanting to change CK for the better. He softens CK's philosophies on no mercy and starts to teach his students a less aggressive form of martial art that is more in line with miyagi-do. Daniel is as surprised as anyone but doesn't trust Randall and neither does Johnny because Johnny knows CK's history and has never heard of Ned Randall. Episode 03 - Randall and his friends (under Silver's instructions) also extend a hand of friendship to Mike Barnes and offer to help him rebuild his furniture store. Daniel and Johnny tell Mike not to accept help from Randell, but after Randell and his friends help Mike fence the painting he stole from Silver for a big sum of money, more than enough to rebuild his furniture store, Mike reluctantly agrees to rejoin CK as a condition for accepting the money. Mike doesn't know the painting was fenced, only that it sold for a lot of money to a rich art collector. Meanwhile, Shawn is out of juvie and quickly joins CK. After some back and forth between Shawn, his brother Kenny, and Robbie, Kenny finally decides to be with his brother in CK, over a chance to join Miyagi-Fang. Episode 04 - Mike is quickly promoted to a CK sensei and he starts to believe that Randall is serious about turning CK around. The dojo begins to attract more students and some of Daniel's allies also start to believe that the change is genuine. Meanwhile, the trial of Terry Silver is about to begin in a few days and Stingray is really on edge. He is scared out of his mind that his life will be in danger from Silver, but Daniel promises him that it will alright and that they will protect them. Chozen volunteers to babysit him for these last few days before the trial. This leads to some comedy between Chozen and Raymond Porter as Raymond tries to teach Chozen war of warcraft. The episode ends in a shocker as Chozen and Stingray are attacked at Stingray's house by a group of men who are completely covered in black. Chozen fights valiantly but his injuries from S5 finale have not completely healed and he is outnumbered. Chozen is beaten up really badly by the group of men who make an example of him for Stringray to see. The gang is about to kill Chozen when another fighter comes to the rescue, saving Chozen's life. Episode 05 - Chozen is hospitalized and Stringray decides to withdraw his testimony. The trial is cancelled and Silver walks free to the despair of Daniel and his friends. Silver immediately takes back control of CK and when Mike tries to quit, Terry lets him in on a secret. He was the art dealer that bought Mike's stolen painting. If Mike decides to quit, he will lose all the money from that transaction with Silver and be put in jail for stealing property. So he is blackmailed into staying in CK and helping Silver teach his students. Meanwhile, Stingray is confronted by Silver who tells him that his privileges to CK are gone for good and that he must leave the Valley immediately. To make his point even clearer, Silver has Randall assault Raymond who finally reveals himself as the man who led the attack on Chozen. Daniel, who has been suspicious of Randall for weeks, makes his son do research on Randall and discovers that he was part of a group called the "Alpha Elite" in Boston during his high school days. The group was led by a Colonel Dugan. After some more searching, Daniel comes across a familiar name that was part of Randell's high school class: Julie Pierce. The name rings a bell but Daniel can't quite place it. Her face looks like someone he has met before. Episode 06 - Raymond flees the Valley in fear for his life. Chozen has recovered somewhat but is still in hospital. He tells Daniel that the group that attacked him and stingray did not fight like Silver. This means they were not trained by Kim Sun-Yung. Silver discovers that Randell has added new skills to his students which he approves of. Daniel and Johnny try to go after Silver but face trouble when Randell, Barnes, and the rest of Randell's team show up. Outnumbered, Daniel wants to back down and re-group but Johnny is taunted and ends up fighting Mike. Mike is forced by Silver to fight dirty and nearly injures Johnny badly before Daniel steps in to help his friend. The two of them push Barnes back, but Silver tells them he has video evidence of them trespassing on his property and will not hesitate to use it to bring them and their families down. Daniel remembers that Julie was Mr. Miyagi's other student. He resolves to contact her in Boston for information on Randall. Episode 07 - The episode begins with a flashback to Mr. Miyagi's funeral and it shows Daniel meeting Julie for the first time (deaged Ralph and Hilary). The two exchange some words and decide to remain in contact, but this didn't happen due to life getting the way for both. Daniel and Samantha go to Boston to find Julie. Meanwhile, in the Valley Silver is back in control and CK starts to grow in power again. The formerly "nice CK" is shed and the cobra returns. Their new style (a mix of Silver and Randall) is a dangerous combo. Silver wants to take revenge on everyone who hurt him including Kreese who he is convinced has been terrorizing him from the shadows (hallucinations throughout the season). Meanwhile, in Boston, Daniel and Samantha eventually find Julie after some searching. She is working as a detective but she still detains her skills learned from Mr. Miyagi. Julie doesn't want to get involved at first but when she realizes who they are dealing with she agrees to help. Episode 08 - In Boston, Julie takes Daniel to see Colonel Dugan who is at a prison medical facility, Dugan tells Daniel and Julie about Alpha Elite and how they are different from Cobra Kai. Realizing what kind of a danger Randall really is, Daniel and Samantha race back to the Valley. In the Valley, Silver puts his plan to ruin Daniel and Johnny into motion. He sends the cobras to destroy Larusso's dojo and burn his auto dealership. He also has a very pregnant Carmen attacked to terrorize Johnny. Mike Barnes has had enough but he is outmatched by Terry who beats him up and officially kicks him out of CK. On their way to the airport, Sam and Daniel encounter Julie who decides she has to finish this with Ned Randall and bring him in. Episode 09 - Silver feels that he has won, his enemies (except for Kreese) are beaten and he is in control of his dojo again. Or so he thinks. In a big twist that is building throughout the season, Ned turns on Terry and has his guys brutally trash the CK dojo in front of Terry and his students. When any of the students try to defend the dojo they are soundly defeated because Randall taught them useless moves. Here Randall reveals his true intentions, he only agreed to help Silver in the first place because he wanted to expand his criminal empire into the Valley. He got close to Silver so he could learn where he stored his money and he has bled Terry dry by stealing all of Terry's bank account information, Silver is broke! Ned also has no interest in the Sekai Taikai tournament and only wanted to grow his own criminal empire. He used the students at the dojo to pick out the next member of his "alpha elite" group and chose Shawn who turns his back on Kenny. It turns out that the alpha elite have been grooming Shawn all season and he received the real training. Randall, Shawn, and his team prepare to leave town with Silver's money and CK is in shambles again. Episode 10 - Randall and his team are confronted by the united front of Chozen, Daniel, Barnes, Julie and their students. An all out war breaks out between the Alpha Elite and the heroes and bad guys. We see CK and Miyagi-fang working together for once and eventually the elite are mostly defeated and silver's money is recovered. The heroes offer the money to Silver in return for a truce. No more attacks and fighting until the Sekai Taikai tournament. Silver accepts. However, Randall escapes arrest and Julie and Daniel decide to work together to bring him in. Meanwhile, Johnny can't get over the fact that Carmen was attacked while pregnant with his child, so he goes to confront Silver alone. Silver beats Johnny to within an inch of his life and is about to deliver the killing blow when Kreese saves him.

No, I think that Kreese will try to convince Stingray to testify against Silver in court.... After all, he was framed by Silver and will want to get a huge payout by suing both Silver, ( hit him where it really hurts ) and the Justice system for wrongful arrest and imprisonment. If Stingray agrees to that, I wouldn't think that there would be any payback against him. And even offering Stingray a piece of the payout, ( to which hStingray will probably never see )......Then with more money than ever, Kreese will be the main Sensei at Cobra Kai again. And then focus on Miyagi Do and Johnny........ Well that's how I see it anyway...... I think that Kreese is a lot more smarter and cunning than to go straight for Stingray's jugular.

After watching the amazing finale of saeaon 5 last night, I would feel content with the series ending there. I felt there was lots of closure in the GREAT finale, with the exception of Kreese escaping. Although, like you said, it could take a nosedive. Maybe they can just keep the same characters within the main focus being on Kreese, but change the name of the show to Rambo 5.

This season was honestly incredible it gets better every single season they draw back to the original trilogy so perfectly and give every character a redemption arc or make them go even further than they have gone before in terms of them being aggressive or an Evil character like Terry silver kreese is brutal he can be an asshole but I love the Psych scene in prison you see him confronting his past and find out he’s not really that bad of a guy he’s really messed up mentally and finds it’s hard to come to terms with I’m happy Miguel and Robby patched things up because that was a rivalry that had to end they are Johnny’s family and working together in the same dojo makes them stronger in there karate as a whole love that direction Daniels son needs to learn Myagi Do and beat kenny once and for all kenny is troubled and I get why his motive and hate is so strong but Anthony apologised multiple times and kenny continues he needs to be humbled love the show so many directions it can go

I feel like Kreese might team up with Kim Da-Eun. She looked disappointed with Silver (and done with him). Given her determination to promote her grandfather's style of karate, and the friendship between her and Kreese hinted at in the flashback I reckon she'll work with him, perhaps one last shot at reviving Cobra Kai in time for the international competition. The only problem with that theory is that they've kind of run out of students to train after the Silver humiliation at the end of Season 5. Chance that they can somehow entice Tory and Kenny back?

Season 5 didn't have any cliffhangers that make you anxious for a Season 6. That's the big difference here. The international tournament is probably the only angle here. And I don't see how Kreese can make any public appearances when there's probably a warrant out for his arrest. The sad part is that he was probably gonna be released soon anyways with Stingray's flip on testimony. With all the cobra kai students leaving, there's no obvious rivals here. Does Miagi Fang just take everyone in? Terry's money likely can get him out of jail. But I saw an interview and it looks like Thomas Ian Griffith already cut his hair, so his story line may be finished.

Since they are doing an international tournament I am guessing the new rivals will be dojos from other countries. Kreese probably won't stay in the US since he will be arrested, I am guessing a large part of the season or perhaps even the entire season will take place in other countries.

Here's what I think. Miyagi Do will compete Nationally. This gets the attention of Julie Pierce, who did continue with her Martial Arts Training after Mr Miyagi went back home. She Reaches out to Daniel to catch up and have news of Mr. Miyagi. Meanwhile Dugan resurfaces with a .new "old friend". John Kreese. They were old military buddies. Dugan told Kreese about the little Japanese man who shamed him back in the day, So Kreese figures he would be a good ally against Miyagi Do. Julie come to LA and brings her Shaolin Monk style to Miyagi Do. And shenanigans ensue. Honestly, One thing I would love, if they did, in between seasons, is something like "Cobra Kai Presents" one shot Netflix original movies or limited series telling other stories that were eluded to in the show and movies.

Not to burst anyone's bubble, but the writers themselves said they have material for 6 seasons. Cobra kai will most likely end with 6 seasons, but they have said they are working on a cobra Kai spin off series. The main cast is aging and will most likely land roles doing other things. The last thing you want is a stranger things situation, old actors playing teenagers.

The last scene is a big twist but when they found out Kreese wasn't really dead i thought he's become a fugitive now. I got the feeling that Silver is not going to jail only because they found out he tricked the tournament, they still have no evidence that could free Kreese from his accusations but i could bet that Terry won't be allowed to teach Karate for a while, his lawyers can free him. If Kreese is gonna be running away from justice It could make it hard for him to regain control of Cobra Kai, the new Sensei was saw in a flashback where she was a child and she looked like she had a soft spot for Kreese, she never truly liked Silver so she could lead the Cobra Kai now preparing the students for the new tournament that is about to come but i also thought about Miguel's father fate and he could use Cobra Kai to fix his own problems

AWESOME ON THE EDGE OF YOUR SEAT EPISODES, & yes I believe there will be more seasons to come, as for season 6, I believe that Reese is faking his act of redemption, that was proven in the break out, little did he know,he would have been a free man, had he just waited till day light to find out all that happened with statements of his innocence were reveled, silver goes to prison, but that won't stop him from plotting his next move. The baby arrives soon enough,miagi do jo group will grow with new members, & stronger then ever, friendships will bond where there once was enemies, characters from the past over seas I believe will come to America & wisdom will be taught to younger generations, & the old scroll with karate secrets will be taught to the miagi do jo students to pass down a long line of honorable teachings with life lessons, Daniel's son will learn karate, there will be a wedding, or finally 2 ,the miagi do jo may have some expansion upgrades,to compensate training room for new members at their current location, stingray will finally find his place in miagi do jo making friends,feeling like he has family, and feeling like he finally where he is meant to be. Above all EVERY EPISODE, WILL have fans craving for more ✅💯😎💜🤜🏻🤛🏼🥰

Reese is definitely out for blood, but I also feel like there's something in him. The therapist I feel wasn't wrong in that he's actually got a good heart. He's just willing to take extreme measures to achieve his goals. Also, the asian girl that's the granddaughter of the famous master that Cobra Kai is based on hasn't been arrested or severely injured. She ended up just taking a position as a background character in the final scene. I get a Yakuza vibe from her. I assume she has her own dojo that she'll use to enter the tournament. Silver was just a media marketing man that wanted to spread some of the teachings in the West. That Asian girl, though, is like Onsen or whatever in that she probably knows some special techniques being the granddaughter of the master. I think she's going to be the big bad in season 6.

It's gonna be Daniel's Son vs Kenny at Seikai Takai Tournament, the way they build up both characters where really well, specially chozen being there to teach that "hidden miyagi-do technique" and with kreese out i can see him getting a hold of kenny and manipulate him, specially that bond and kim have a brother sister bond hinted at the flashback. I don't believe it's the end of silver, one think we learned from this season is silver is always 10 steps ahead and yes silver was right they did trespassed on his property...

I don't think Silver will go to jail because the only thing you can prove where he has broken the law is bribing a judge in a karate tournament. on the other hand, there's a good chance Jhonny, Daniel and Barns will go to jail for just walking into Silver's home without permission and starting a fight
