Kreese abandoned Tori. She's not going to help him in any way. Also, Tori is now on Sam's side. I honestly don't know how they are going to do season 6 because Kreese can't own a school since he is a wanted felon.
@HailSocialite
@HailSocialite 2 жыл бұрын
Tory may feel abandoned by Kreese but I don’t think he abandoned her. He knew his only way out was escaping and he didn’t want to drag her into it. So he told her that she should do what’s best for her. Kreese was still the person who told Tory to win the fight her way and they still have a grandfather/granddaughter dynamic. I think they will still have an arc in the next season.

@@HailSocialite I don’t think Kreese would want to get Tory involved because now he is a wanted fugitive. Tory got in trouble because of the school fight. Being a wanted fugitive is much bigger than causing a school fight. Of course we will have to what happens next season.

@@15fear18 that's the thing, Kreese would have to go out of the country and train international students. At that point, Cobra Kai's story will become as irrelevant as Kim Da Eaun was. She was totally a sideshow and rushed in. She may have more background later on, but I feel they can't do much more with the story.

If Kreese can get over his legal issues, which I think he will. Kim will for sure re-enlist Kreese and Kreese will be able to lure the students back as they still have respect for him. If Julie gets brought in, it could be because Daniel seeks her out as a counter to Kim. My theory is that the tournament will have an under 18 division as well as a tournament that includes the instructors themselves. Daniel will need someone to compete with Kim, and who better than his fellow Miyagi-Do student? If there is a bigger bad, it'll be someone related to Kim. I'm thinking maybe her older brother, or possibly her father. Chozen will meet up with Kumiko and they will get married, perhaps we'll see the tea ceremony. FUN FACT: Chozen and Kumiko in real life are very good friends.

The story began with Johny bringing back Cobra Kai to help Miguel with Daniel trying to stop him and stop cobra Kai. I think they only way it can end is for Miguel so fight in the tournament with the stakes being that Johny gets cobra Kai if he wins, and Daniel helping to train him to do it. Season 5 was the climax of all the buildup from the previous seasons. I anticipate Season 6 to be the falling action/resolution (be that the creators from the get-go planned the sixth season to be the final one) and the only way that I see this playing out is through The Sekai Taikai World Tournament. I hope "The Super Bowl of Karate" takes place on foreign soil (South Korea, perhaps) which would take the cast out of The Valley and on the world stage. It will be so cool to see everyone out of their element and into a different metropolis and culture like Seoul, South Korea, for I feel that this may be the best approach for Season 6 after the intense drama that was/is Season 5. The scenario also has me thinking that the international competition would be somewhat direct reflections and/or foils to Miguel, Robby, Sam, Tori, Hawk, and Demetri Of course, the gang has to be on 24/7 to make sure Johnny does not incite an international incident 🤣 With Silver imprisoned, Kim Da-Eun would take the "big bad" spot, for she is still yearning to preserve her family legacy. Terry Silver may be behind bars but he will play the shadow villain, for he has his associates and bountiful resources available on the outside. I am pretty sure Silver will pay for the best under-18 karate champion of the world to fight for Cobra Kai (ala Mike Barnes in KK3). Kreese returns in his anti-hero role, takes his vengeance against Terry by taking all his assets (somehow) and makes sure his former friend will rot in jail. Kreese will then try to be discreet (I am pretty sure the authorities are after him) in making final amends with Johnny (especially Johnny), Daniel, Tori, Robby, etc. It would also be interesting to witness Kreese possibly burying the hatchet of a decades-long grudge on behalf of his master, Kim Sun-Yung, with Chozen (who would be on behalf of his father, Sato) therefore bringing harmony to both dojos. I also hope that Kreese will ease Kim's heart and help preserve her family's legacy by opening a new dojo under "The Way of The Fist" moniker in South Korea, where subsequently Kreese will reside permanently and find solace (and escape from his criminal act(s) in America). Hilary Swank's Julie Pierce will make her debut appearance in CK as she makes a trip from Boston (possibly a week of celebrating and/or commemorating the life of Mr. Miyagi). There, Julie will finally meet onscreen with Daniel and the rest of the cast and crew and assists Miyagi-Fang (particularly Sam, Tori, and Devon) to find true balance and harmony for the tournament before leaving back to Boston. Daniel, Johnny, and Chozen will continue to watch the progress of Miguel, Robby, Hawk, Demetri, Anthony, and possibly Kenny, whilst Mike Barnes, having restored his furniture business and then some (thanks to a certain Rembrandt painting), will be a major benefactor for Miyagi-Fang's trip to The Sekai Taikai World Tournament. I anticipate a bottle episode where the OG Karate Kids (including Amanda, Ali, Jessica, and Carmen) and the Kids of "Cobra Kai" separately hang out and hash out lingering tensions and plot holes before heading out to Korea. When the group gets to Korea, Chozen would be taken by surprise when Kumiko appears (on the behest of Daniel's call (and Chozen's drunken call 😏). We will finally see Chozen and Kumiko together. At the tournament, Sam will finally get her win over Tori in the Semi-Finals and subsequently, Devon will get her victory over Sam and be crowned champion. Kenny and Anthony will finally go up against one another but with mutual respect; Anthony will win. Demetri beats Anthony but loses to Hawk. The paid champ of Cobra Kai beats Hawk in the Semi-Final round and Robby will beat Miguel in the other Semi-Final round. Robbie will defeat Cobra Kai's champion to finally get his signature victory. Carmen, who is accompanying the trip, would go into labor immediately after the tournament and gives birth to a baby girl they will call Danielle 😉. The series ends with all the characters attending Johnny and Carmen's wedding with Peter Cetera's "Glory of Love" (1986) wrapping up the series Sidenote(s): 1) I do not care for Miguel's father to show up again. I do not see any point of having that in the plot. 2) Even if the creators decide to have Miyagi-Fang/Cobra Kai expats match up against the international competition at The Sekai Taikai World Tournament, there are some key matchups amongst said Miyagi-Fang and Cobra Kai expats that have to be made to settle some scores and lingering beef(s) before heading off for the tournament

Whatever is in that scroll Chozen gave to Daniel is gonna be the move that wins that international tournament like the Crane Kick did in the original. i really dont want Kreese to be redeemed. Not every character needs to be humanized and given a redemption story. We already have Johnny, Chozen, and Mike Barnes all previous bad guys turned into good guys, we need some villains to stay villains. Thats why i loved it when they first introduced Terry Silver as a peaceful old rich guy who put his past behind him but then the villain inside him awakens and he fully embraces his James Bond villain persona.

Kreese has blown it. He tried to kill Johnny twice now, and almost let Silver beat him to a pulp. Why would anyone give Kreese anymore chances? The best thing he can do is take his newfound freedom, cut his losses, and disappear. And that's what I expect him to do, whether we are shown this or it is just implied. Hannibal Lector walked away too...

I don’t think Kreese should be redeemed in that sense. However, maybe he agrees to leave well enough alone for good at some point with regards to his beef with Daniel and Johnny. I think at some point John Kreese & Daniel will end up getting into an un-expected conversation about what happened in '84 on Halloween night. & Daniel will tell him the accurate, un-exaggerated version of what happened on Halloween night & how his whole feud with Johnny started. Just like he told Miguel in season 3. Then Kreese & Daniel will get to talking about each other's back stories & realize how both of their back stories are eerily similar to each other. & Daniel will even take him through the events of Karate Kid 2 which Kreese wasn't there for. & Kreese will finally end up letting go of his grudge with Daniel & Mr. Miyagi & gain a new respect for Daniel. When both Kreese & Daniel find out they are very much alike. They both grew up without a father, they both grew up poor, they both were bullied, they both ended up having a feud with a bully that started over them defending a girl, they both had that girl leave them, they both ended up fighting in a death match involving a bridge. The only difference was Daniel had mercy. Kreese didn't. This might not make Kreese & Daniel become friends but it will lead them both to gain a new respect for each other, get over their grudges & leave each other alone. But Kreese will probably be bitter at Johnny for lying to him about the Miyagi incident in '84 that made Kreese have a bad impression of Mr. Miyagi before he even met him. & that was what started the whole feud between Miyagi & Kreese. From the time Kreese debuted on this show, all the way to now, Johnny has been blaming Kreese for psychologically damaging him & ruining his life. But now, when Kreese finds out this new information, your going to see a reverse. Now it will be Kreese blaming Johnny for deceiving him & ruining his life. But eventually, Johnny will admit to lying about the reasoning for why Mr. Miyagi beat up he & other Cobra Kai students on Halloween night in 84. & Kreese will forgive him & they might become close again. Now,...... That is just a theory I have. As for Terry Silver....., I have a theory that while he is in Jail, Kreese will either get caught & turned in or at some point he will turn himself in. It will probably be Tori who gets him to turn himself in. She will tell him the same thing he told her in season 5. To not have fear & to get back behind enemy lines & be strong. & at first......, Kreese will be resentful of Terry Silver. They might even fight in Jail. But at some point something will happen in jail where Terry Silver saves Kreese's life & Kreese will feel like Silver's returned the favor for when Kreese saved his life in the war. & maybe Silver will even at some point go & confess to the crime he did. So, Kreese will be cleared of all charges for the assault on Stingray. But the time he does for escaping from prison & assaulting medics might get reduced. & maybe, either Daniel or Terry Silver himself might get Kreese good lawyers to get him a light sentence for those crimes. & Terry Silver might not do much time in jail himself if Stingray decides to drop the charges. Or at the least Terry Silver might get probation. 🎬📽️🤓

After watching Episode 8, I was thinking that Season 6 would be the final one that would have the Sekai Taikai tournament and Johnny and Carmen getting married. But after watching Episode 10, I think season 7 will be the last and that will have the Sekai Taikai and the wedding. I think season 6 will be more about building up Cobra Kai after all the students quit, so I think that a good part of season 6 will be to introduce new students for the Cobra Kai side (possibly introducing Col. Duggan and a new Alpha Elite). I think Kim Da Eun will help Kreese because it's obvious that she had a better relationship with Kreese than Silver and also she has a similar mindset of quality over quantity unlike Silver. By the end of the season Cobra Kai will be an even greater threat than they were before, setting up the World tournament in Season 7. The cliffhanger will be Julie Pierce finally appearing or Silver finally showing up at the end to plot his revenge against everybody (maybe a combination of both).

Silver was well on his way to redemption when Kreese got a hold of him and screwed him up again. The "nice guy" Silver from late Season 3 and early Season 4 was, I think, for real. If Hector wanted to know the true identity of Miguel, was even concerned about it, he would have been more forceful in his inquiry. The whole point of him disappearing from the story as fast as he came was because he genuinely doesn’t care. Even if he found out in S5, he would only be interested if Miguel was a threat. Plus with Dugan teaming up with Kim would mean due to Chozen being forced to head back to Japan or Okinawa to heal from his near-fatal injuries he got when fighting Silver that Daniel in order for him and Johnny to stand a chance would call in Julie to help out as the 3rd Miyagi-Fang sensei as she is the only other student in the US besides Daniel to be personally trained by Mr. Miyagi himself and as the creators confirmed Julie actually met and befriended Daniel at Mr. Miyagi's funeral prior to the events of Cobra Kai S1 so it is confirmed in canon that Julie and Daniel are good friends. Plus Julie could serve as the secret ace that Miyagi-Fang needs as remember Julie's fighting style is a fusion of Miyagi-Do Karate and the Chinese Martial Art Changsha/Northen Chinese Long Fist and the swift, flowing agile graceful movements, and swift, flowing agile offensive techniques associated with Changsha will add something new to the table for the Miyagi-Fang students to add to their arsenal, that Kim and her students won't be prepared for, plus Juile is very familiar with how Dugan and the Alpha Elite operate which will help out greatly, plus we'll get a fight scene that many fans wanted to see in S5 that being Julie vs. Kim.

One thing i want to know about Season 6 is how are they going to take things between Johnny and Carmen. Are they going to get married, or just remain in a co-parent relationship? Also for Silver I think he is going to get himself out on bail but if he does anything illegal he'll go back to jail. As for Kreese, something tells me he'll get out of L.A for the time being, maybe seek refuge with another friend of his. Maybe Paul Dugan. Remember, both of them served in the military, and Kreese was in it for a long while so chances are they both could have crossed paths at some point.

It would be cheesy, corny and anti-climatic for Johnny and Carmen to marry; a co-parent relationship would be much better. I hope Johnny is lucky enough to get Sid’s estate (although it’ll probably only be on a technicality). He’ll move his new family into the old house as a way of exorcising his demons while also being able to open a real dojo for Eagle Fang. Like Miyagi said, “find your own way”.

A couple of things I want to see: 1) Since season 6 is confirmed as the last Cobra Kai season, I think Johnny should have a bigger role. Season 5 mostly centered on Daniel and his fight against Cobra Kai, and while I love Daniel's character, Cobra Kai started as Johnny's story and I think he needs to be the one to finish this chapter. 2) I want Robby to win the tournament. Miguel won in the first season, Hawk in season 4, Robby needs a victory.

I think Master Kim will be The way out for Kreese. When Kim got off the plane to speak to Silver, She asked where Kreese was. Silver said, “He’s dealing with legal problems.” Kim responds with, “That’s disappointing to hear.” Then when Danny and Johnny went to the prison and asked Kreese what Silver was up to, you saw a young Kim giggling at Kreese in the flashback scene. I’m pretty sure this implies that Kim and Kreese have some sort of bond and Kim will help him out. Either by taking him to Korea outside of the Valleys Jurisdiction or giving him shelter away from the cops. She seems to be a powerful woman and can definitely aid Kreese in some way.

Some things I really enjoyed and hope tp see play out, first and foremost, the way Chozen said to Kumiko, "I should have brought you with me," the same way Mr. Miyagi said to Auntie Yukie - that gave me all the feels. So I hope we get to see more Kumiko next season. It really seems that even more than Johnny, Chozen has spent his life since the storm trying to restore his honor, which as he told Tory, is everything. He deserves a happy ending considering he had the most serious fight with Daniel, and was ready to kill him, and then ready to die since he lost. Also, we NEED more Barnes! One thing I notice and like, being that I'm now in my 40s, is when these legacy characters do or say something that reminds me of the OG movies. For Johnny, its the rasp in his voice when he yells. We hear it in "QUIET!" and when he shouted, "and send it to the Internet!" For Barnes, what really triggered his KK3 role for me was when he knocked out the nameless sensei and then turned to Silver and yelled, "Get up!" It took me back to when he was beating up Daniel and just how angry he was then and how Silver brought him right back to that place, emotionally. But either way, I need a Barnes/Lawrence team up like I needed the Hound and Arya Roadshow in Game of Thrones lol. Especially after Nia asking him if he thinks he and Johnny would have gotten along. I know this show has some cheese, but to me, its the perfect balance of cheese, humor, fan service, callbacks and heart. Its pure magic and a nostalgia time machine! Also, now that we know Amanda is Jessica Andrew's cousin, what does it say about how Daniel is in a relationship that Jessica pawned him off onto her own cousin? hahaha - loved seeing her back as well. And lastly, I really have to give it up to Peyton List, Mary Mouser and Dallas Dupree Young. All three of them have really stepped their training up and have gotten extremely sharp (for actors - obviously against lifelong martial artists they wouldn't fare well, but as a lifelong martial artist, I have to give them props. Tanner and Jacob have always been good, Xolo too, but the first three are really impressive in their growth). Sorry it was so long, I just love this show! Thanks for the coverage!!

Kim’s dad, who was trained directly from the grand master and is the closest thing to the origin of cobra Kai and the best fighter, so a worthy enemy of Daniel. It makes sense to bring him in and provides content. Maybe after Julie beats Kim. Like there could be history and a back story with him and Kreese / Silver as they were all training together. Maybe conflict in ideologies and so forth, like Miyagi and Sato. Kreese might end up showing mercy and saving Daniel from a beating, then realising how bad he was when he sees Kim’s dad being evil and it leads him down the redemption path. Daniel then meets him in a rematch in the finale and wins therefore defeating the bad cobra Kai. Every season is following the same pattern and tv shows usually keep the same themes repeating.

All I can think of is some sort of underground organization that sold the Rembrandt to Silver, they made that painting a bit of a focus on at the end, and I’m thinking that hell maybe Hector Salazar was the one that sold that painting to Silver, so maybe them two are linked and this isn’t the last we’ve seen of Hector. Also that Rembrandt was stolen from the Gardner museum in Boston and who do we know is from Boston? Julie Pierce.. idk I think all of these little things are gonna be a huge connection next season.

Hmmm, did not know that about the painting. In light of this new information, instead of selling it, Barnes returns it to the museum and gets a nice reward (probably 10% of the insured value of the painting), so he can rebuild his furniture store. I think we've seen the last of Hector. Miguel seeing for himself that he really was the "bad man" Carmen said he was was all that was needed, followed by his reunion with Johnny, showing him the difference between having a father, and having a dad.

@@alio6051 As I've said before, Kreese has been the villain for too long to get a happy ending. His redemption will require his death, most likely saving Johnny or Tory from someone. I think S6 would be the best place to end it, after the Sekai Taikai. Miyagi-Fang wins, or at least upstages Cobra Kai. I know they've talked about doing 7-8 seasons, but I think that would be overkill, plus the actors are getting a little old to be playing teenagers. As for the kids, I think Robby will be the most likely one to help mentor the younger kids, as he doesn't seem to have much of a career path in mind. For the other older kids: Sam, Demitri, Yasmine, Moon, Kyler and Aisha will go off to college. Miguel will either go to community college, or enlist in the military. He's said he'd like to go to Stanford, but his family doesn't have that kind of $. Eli/Hawk will go to college, or continue with karate and turn pro. Tory will work full-time, as she has a brother and a sick mom to look after. Anthony, Kenny, Devon, Bert, Nate, Chris and Mitch will continue with high school and their karate training. Tory's brother may join them, when he's old enough.

@@alio6051 This also goes for +Cobra Kai Theory It always troubled me that two Vietnam era vets are the "Bad Guys". There is something off with it. You just don't join the military, at a young age, just for the fun of it. In a Cold War era where WW II style patriotism was still a thing and clashing with the Counter Hippie culture. The war changed them, how they saw the world, and how to cope with the horrors of war is where Kim's grandfather comes in. His teaching and style attracted two damaged vets, and became HIS disciples. Rather than go into drugs, drunkeness, or what ever vets did to cope, Cobra Kai was THEIR drug (for a lack of a better term). PTSD must be strong with them and the show NEVER dealt with that backstory and demons they HAVE to face like all vets do. They honored Kim's grandfather so much they made Cobra Kai their life's buisiness. Show does not show it, but it means a lot to them. It's more than a mere Dojo. Same for Myagi. Dear Lord, the backstory this WW II vet must have. From facing life in an internment camp to joining the military. He fought for the USA to prove that his wife, as himself, were good Americans but not so believed by a skeptical racist government (because either his birthright is not ethnic Japanese or his marriage to a nisei-second-generation-changes his status. and allowed him to enlist or be recruited). He had to have been a member of the 442nd Regimental Combat Team, one of the outstanding American units of the war - or 100th Infantry Battalion (Pacific). Both have Medals of Honor recipients. During the war there were photos of interned family accepting medals in the camps for their loved ones who had been killed or injured in the service of their country. Mrs Miyagi and his son were denied that honor, dying in the manzanar concentration camp. The horrors of war, racism, injustice, losing his family because of it must have left Miyagi a damaged man. Would not surprise me he went bac to okinawa and became a Cobra Kai HIMSELF but abandoned it in a 100% turnaround, becoming the opposite or applying Cobra Kai as he feels it should be passed down. What caused it who knows. Or maybe he was lured away from it by another teacher who got through to him, a WW II vet with pent up rage and coping with post war society. So much so he abandoned all ego, hate, rage and bitterness and faced life and coped like the Miyagi we see in KK I onward. This mystery teacher we will never know about. Miyagi HONORED all vets which is why he never hated Kreese or Silver, themselves victims like him of war. Only their twisted actions that did more harm than good. he knew Cobra Kai twisted them like it did him but were so hooked on it for coping that they could not see the light like he was able to do. nevertheless, despite giving up the negatives, Miyagi was an alcoholic who drank whenver the horrors of war popped up and had to cope that way (which we see in the movies). I know it is hard for fans to accept that, but yeah, he delved into it to bury the bad memories. Both Miyagi and Silver/Kreese need spin offs. There is a C list movie on Kreese that does not do him justice. A spin off on Kreese and Silver is necessary to explore their backstory and flesh out the "villain" in them and more the heroes they started out to be, lost their innocence in the jungles of Asia, and in Asia saw a second chance in life via karate and Kim's school. Either Kim is the new Big Bad, inheriting Silver's legacy, which means there is no redemption arc for him. Or someone else, whom she aligns with in her first steps as Cobra Kai inheritor, something that bothers Silver to the point where the "good soldier" he once was comes out. Same for Kreese. Maybe they are true MAGA. This new Big Bad should have connections with Miguel's biological dad, who brings a fresh martial arts school that causes tension with Johnny and Carmen's relationship among themselves and with Miguel. Just sayin. This Big bad must be so bad that he physically demolishes Daniel that even Silver and Kreese would not condone it. In this scenario Shank's character comes in to relieve him at the Dojo and avenge one of her master's students. Just sayin. If Cobra Kai wants to go forward and have a future beyond a Season 6, the bad guys must be victorious in an astonishing way that builds them up as a force to contend with for future 4 seasons (or in the big screen). So defeated and set back the protagonists are that they have a hurdle and comeback to make, a true hero's journey to end up defeating Kim and the big bad, and there ending the series but leaving a cliffhanger for another future series). If not. Let Cobra Kai just retire after Season 6.

Years of abuse and attempted murder is a wonderful way for a father to show love? It took Johnny five seasons to convince everyone Kreese is a manipulative, self-serving monster whose words and actions are not in congruence. He has no interest in redeeming Cobra Kai - the dojo, the founders, the name, it's all cursed. Two Problems Facing Cobra Kai Season 6 : 1. DANIEL LARUSSO ALREADY FOUGHT AND WON OVER HIS GREATEST ENEMY TERRY SILVER AT THE END OF SEASON 5. Any other villains whom Daniel fights against in season 6 will feel secondary and anticlimactic when directly compared to the magnificence of Thomas Ian Griffith as Terry Silver. The show's remaining bad guys are John Kreese and Hector Salazar, who are the past and future nemesis of Johnny Lawrence. Daniel might as well fight against Hugo Snyder of 3 Ninjas or Kelly Stone from Sidekicks. Any "bigger baddie" will look like Major Bisson in Street Fighter, Sho' Nuff of The Last Dragon or Shredder from Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles. Cardboard cartoonish antagonists. Unless LEO HOWARD finally emerges as Terry Silver's lost, missing, unknown, disowned, rejected or abandoned son who angrily wants to steal the legacy of Cobra Kai from his unloving father, there appears to be no solution to this dilemma.

2. COBRA KAI IS NOW A FALLEN KINGDOM WITHOUT ANY REMAINING LOYAL SUBJECTS BECAUSE ALL OF THE DOJO'S STUDENTS LEFT IN SEASON 5. Once the preliminary issue regarding the real ownership, control and management of Cobra Kai is settled according to law, Kim Da Eun and John Kreese will confront the difficult task of recruiting new fighters and repopulating the empty ranks of their dojo's student body. Unfortunately, the likely membership may consist of one dimensional and stereotypical thugs or henchmen similar to The Fist. All fan sympathy will shift to characters outside of Cobra Kai, whether they be good guys or anti heroes. There is no level playing field anymore in terms of audience empathy. Kim and Kreese might as well build an army of KILLER KARATE ROBOTS at this point. Unless the series creators decide to hire the entire cast of KICKIN' IT to become the new students of COBRA KAI.

I think next season will revolve around Kreese and the ones he cares about. Ever since season 1 I thought this show wws going to uncover how bullying can start and end and now everything is lined up perfectly... Kreese mostly ran Cobra Kai for Johnny so I think this kind of theme will continue and Tori would be the first to take his side and with all the info she knows she can possibly even convince Sam that things aren't so black and white. Kreese can use this to manipulate the students as Miguel and Robby are both very close to Johnny. If Hector returns for Miguel then Kreese can be redeemed in Johhny's eyes by scaring off Hector. Theres a lot of cool stuff to do with Kreese but all outside of the public eye. In the end he can tell Miguel of the secrets of the Korean karate style so he can win.

Whatever they do I hope they keep the bromance going between Daniel & Johnny, especially with the new baby coming I can see Johnny turning to LaRusso for advice, and I expect a lot of comical moments with Johnny and a newborn. I think with him wrapped up being a father, it will be Chozen, Daniel, & Mike who will be left to train the students for the Sekai Taikai Tournament. I think we get more of Kreese but Silver might sit this out maybe a cameo wrapped up with legal issues. That Kim will recruit a new big baddie. I agree. And I also like the idea that eventually they all team up to take on a bigger threat to the valley. Kreese & Johnny will work out their differences. Chozen and Kumiko will hook up. Mike will find his way back to a purpose. Redemption. Tory and Sam will be BFF as are Robbie & Miguel and Daniel & Johnny and Kreese & Silver. Chozen and Barnes will probably share a lot of screen time too next season. They had some chemistry. We most definitely need to see a boys night out again. Interesting theories👍. I do agree Silver could be unwell. There was medication seen or mentioned in S4 if I recall. I don't necessarily agree that both will fully redeem/die. I feel that can be a little too clichéd and over done. BUT...If Silver does die saving someone, I actually think it will be Kreese. Full circle because Kreese saved him. I could see some line like "now we're even, Captain" as he takes last breath. Maybe he leaves his 50% back to Kreese. Kreeses relationship with Tory is more pure than with Johnny, that was toxic and abusive. And I think she may remain loyal to him. Her issue is with Silver. Peyton herself said she can't imagine Tory ever being in another dojo and not being with Kreese. I could even see Kreese leaving CK to Tory in his will. KDE and Kreese also knew each other. So it's possible they team up for the international tournament. And maybe Kreese wants full control back of CK. I think Colonel Dugan is a strong possibility for a return, which will give extra reason for Julie Pierce to return and help Daniel and co. Season 2 brought back KK OGs, season 3 kk 1 & 2, season 4 and 5 was kk2 & kk3. S6 gotta bring back some kk4-next karate kid. Dugan is the same age as Kreese and was also in the military. It's possible they know each other. Question is would he Kreeses friend who helps him get CK back ...or a foe. Another possibility is that he trained under Master Kim too (As he trained a lot of US soldiers) and Kim Da-Eun calls him in to help her. If Julie Pierce does return, for sure there will be a fight showdown with her and KDE. I saw a promo on Brazil Netflix with Xolos Blue Beetle co star. Where she was in a karate gi and team Miyagi-Do. She resembles Julie Pierce at that age. This is purely just wild speculation but who knows, maybe Julie has a daughter...😜 Another loose end is Miguel's father. Miguel left his backpack at his house right? He didn't have it in the end. I think he will find out Miguel his son... Maybe he knows Silver or KDE. Or maybe he will be involved with a dojo that's entering the international tournament. Either way, we haven't seen the last of him. Lastly. Andrew Garfield, he's gotta pop up in season 6. It was too late for him to be in season 5 when that video of him came out. But hopefully they'd find a fun spot for him in S6.

Honestly when they rebooted Karate kid in the series of Cobra Kai, it was really an unexpected gift. those characters have fallowed me all my life to this point seeing the first Karate kid in theaters when i was 5 years old lol and rewaching all 4 movies yes even Karate kid 4 multiple times.thats the best reboot of all times. Not changing a single actors, Im sure Pat morita is proud of it. RIP MR myagui he was a comedian he surely would have appreciated the sense of humor put in the series as much as for the drama.

I don’t think Tori will necessarily help John Kreese. She kind of had a falling out with him in the last season. Plus, Tori and Samantha patched things up just like Miguel and Robby did, so I can’t really imagine him playing Tori against her. Also I really see Kim Da Eun taking over the leadership of Cobra Kai especially for the tournament. I’m sure she’s going to use her students from Korea to compete in the tournament, or she’s going to use the advantage she has being that she’s got no legal baggage to get NEW students in The Valley like notably Kenny’s brother, Shawn.

Don’t forget about Colonel Dugan. I still think there will be some connection to the “next karate kid”. Not just Julie Pierce but Dugan who could have some affiliation with silver and Kreese as he was a military guy. And Ned from that movie hasn’t been brought up yet. If Tori’s mother is a bedridden Julie Pierce, did Ned retaliate and harm her to that point? That’s a pretty far out there but those characters could come into the mix.

True and it was confirmed that by the creators that Julie took Mr. Miyagi's 2 lessons on the importance of keeping up her martial arts training and not looking for a fight but fight to win if given no other choice to heart and actually found a way to do both her job as a wildlife vet and keep up her martial arts training.

I think that Kim, rather than Tory, will be the one to shelter Kreese from the law. She has a lot more resources available for helping a fugitive than Tory does. Kim seems to have positive memories and a good opinion of Kreese, and expressed disappointment that he was absent when she arrived from Korea. Silver may or may not be able to buy his way out of the legal woes, but his reputation will be much harder to get back, so I suspect Kim will take control of Cobra Kai and publicly distance both herself and the brand from Silver. She will probably either find a way to extract Kreese from his troubles with the law so he can openly help her with managing the dojos and the training for the tournament, or successfully keep him in hiding and rely on his advice and knowledge. Either way, I think Kreese and Kim will be on the same team. With Silver publicly out of the Cobra Kai picture, I think Kim will be able to convince SOME of the students who quit when Silver was exposed as a cheat to come back, though I think Kenny won't be among them, and Devon will certainly not rejoin, as she has personal issues against Kim.

For season 6 I have major predictions: Either Miguel or Robby wins The Sekai Tekai, kind of leaning more towards Robby because Miguel won The All Valley in Season 1, Hawk won The All Valley the following year & now Robby gets his time to shine. And Kim obviously is gonna takeover Cobra Kai and build her empire up and make the Sum-Yung name infamous throughout the entire world under Cobra Kai, and obviously her main targets for getting in her way would be Sam, Tori & Devon, setting up two major plots for Season 6!

Unfortunately Netflix hasn't renewed Cobra Kai for Season 6 yet. I always get super nervous when they don't renew it right away. I mean given the high viewer numbers in most countries around the world it should just be automatically renewed for as long as the big 3 want to make more imo but Netflix always leaves it weeks before we get an official answer.

I don't agree that the show needs a "bigger bad". It would just make the show a little too one-note. I also think it's time to put the Kreese/Silver story arc on the back burner for at least the 6th season. Silver is in a jam he won't easily get out of in a short time regardless of how much $ he has and Kreese has to lay low for a while. Plus, Kreese needs to re-establish himself somehow. Maybe Kim Da-Eun will play a role in that? Idk. What I think they could explore with this Takai tournament, if they do reintroduce us to Julie Pierce, is maybe she created her own dojo down the road after continuing her karate training with a sensei other than Mr Miyagi. I think it would be interesting to see her dojo as somewhat of a rival of Miyagi-do with her melded styles. I don't know if Daniel knows much about her or her about Daniel, but there are a number of different ways to play that out. She could also be revealed as a rival of Kim Da-Eun from some past encounter. Or even... plot twist... an associate of hers if they had Julie move to South Korea at some point. I mean, if you needed a "big bad" maybe Julie could be. Not everyone has redemption arcs, after all. Some people break bad and stay broken.
@captainsmirk6901

OOOOOOR... if you really needed a big bad you could bring back Miguel's father to screw up things for Miguel's mom and Johnny, after they get married. And obviously you have to bring Bobby back for that wedding so he can officiate it. Also, Ali needs to make another appearance as a wedding guest. And maybe also, if Chad McQueen could get his head out of his butt, bring back Dutch to help Johnny deal with Miguel's dad, since Dutch has been in jail maybe he knows a lot more about Miguel's dad than any of them. Maybe toss Mike Barnes into that little Bad Dudes trio
