I Just finished it today, AND I hope to get to see more of him in season 2. Even though he died - well, there is chance that he still might be alive. It didn't showed his dead body so I'm still hoping for him. He's one of the best characters so far. ❤

It was only because he could hear thoughts of everyone not just the thoughts but the inner thoughts of everyone the most evil of their thoughts. For example those two old couple at the hospital and hearing the husband wish that he wanted his wife to die so he can get the house and the car. Imagine hearing the worse thought of people everyday that be enough to make you unstable and so he came to believe that all people are evil. Given time he might have learned to turn it on off but he died before he could learn. At least he died knowing that all though people do have thoughts which are bad but at the end of day people can be good there need someone to inspire them.
