A lot of having an attractive personality, depends on where you live. You'll have a difficult time making friends in Texas, and a much easier time in California. People in the north like Ohio, are generally more open, trusting and friendly than the people in the south. Of course there's exceptions, and I'm not saying everybody in a state is a certain way, but if you travel around, you'll find out what I'm talking about.
