For the hobby thing, only do that if you're actually in some way interested in that hobby. Of course, I can only speak for myself. Yet even if it's easier to get into talking with somebody who shsres a hobby, feeling the other is not putting their heart into it would be rather a tun-off for me than anything else. If somebody genuinely enjoys their hobby and is enthusiastic about it, that itself can be highly attractive. Sharing the same hobby then is rather a bonus than prerequisite for that. And the cheerleader effect is an interesting one. Tbh, I often rather feel being in a group rather highlights what's unattractive about my appearance rather than downplaying it.

No matter what I do, others have this tendency to look at me weirdly as if I had belonged to a different planet. I don't really talk that much in real life, and so those other people find it hard to interact with me normally. As she later told me, my voice was the thing that made her chase me (it's pretty low and comforting + I have a good diction). Me on the other hand, I've had situations when I've instantly known that I ain't going to like someone, because his/her voice were to screechy, or they were speaking too loud. LMAO! You made me spit out my drink! now i need to change my shirt! Hey, just a thought here: learn the fine art of keeping your hands at your sides( as uncomfortable as it is for us guys). It fulfills the open body requirement, denotes self confidence, and makes it more difficult for people who are sizing us up, to gage our thoughts. Good luck with the crush! have another go!

I smile whenever im nervous sometimes when im near people. When a visitor around the same age as me came in my room I smiled nervously and my dad told me to play with her. On that day it was the first time since the last 2 years where I was talking with someone I barely know I was the one who started and held the conversation and we both actually had fun. All the stuff I mostly did was ask her questions on what she likes to do and we both played board games, drawed random stuff, watched a movie and played video games. When she was about to go home she said she wanted to stay more and I was flattered because im usually the awkward one and most people I talked with would wanna go away if they got the opportunity to leave. The next day I felt so great and proud of myself that I was able to do that after all my conversation skills are actually quite bad.

Hey the same thing has happened to me, it’s been 4 months but I have learned to move on. Think about this! She’ll be happier on her own, it’s what she wants, and don’t you want her to be happy? This is what I had to think of. Even if she may seem like the perfect girl. Do what’s best for her. Let her be

Try to invest your time and effort somewhere else? A different KZbinr I watched said that the more you invest your time and energy into a person that isn't reciprocating will make it more difficult to get over them in the long run. I think finding a different person to shift your focus to (that will reciprocate the effort) will help you get over her. I hope I helped and keep in mind I don't have a lot of romantic experience or applied knowledge, but I do a lot of research and have theoretical knowledge. Good luck!

Very solid advice, though it's very hard to really stand out nowadays. I think feeling open for contact on the inside is pretty much the base for everything. When you then take up eye contact you Kind of feel already if that person is open for a chat. And I say that as more of an introvert.
@contractsagency11237 ай бұрын
I see so many comments of people talking down upon themselves, and all I can say is that you need to break free of that negative mindset, when I did and after a little but, I got a friend group of 13 people and a girlfriend my first year of high school. Positive thoughts are everything, even when you think things can't get any worse, just know that they will get better. So much better.

Great vid! although one thing I must say, girls, being part of a group makes you SIGNIFICANTLY less approachable. I had this problem last night. I wanted to talk to this one girl I was into, but she was in a really tight group all night. If you want someone to approach you, it helps to not be around a ton of other people. Just sayin.

I've been on receiving end of something similar as the girl in this situation I honestly did think of how the guy did like me but honestly because that was all I really knew about him which if he would have changed later I almost completely forgot about until just now

Also pro tip as girl that is po with people assuming crush girls hate it when guys do that it's big red flag actually befriend her make sure you actually would be able to be in a relationship with her she may secretly be wrong for you befriend first ask out later plus the chances that she will reciprocate increase the more familiar she is with you just make sure to occasionally tease and flirt so you do not get friend zoned and be considerate

Dont panic either and whenever you feel anxious or nervous tell yourself that you are not anxious or nervous but actually excited, you just 'happened to get confused' it really works
@gamersaiyan79343 жыл бұрын
I'd say you only need two things, first is the looks, if you have the looks you'll have their attention and eyes rolling and even staying in your direction but if you don't do the second thing which is looking at them back and smile and you ignore them, then you could miss your chance and they won't come to you but that's only if you have the looks cos if you ain't got them, there's nothing you can do unless you speak.

Try it on people who you wouldnt be disappointed if they said 'no'. Work your way up from there. Remember: you are being judged on perceived authenticity( their perception, of course!). So the more you believe it and feel it, the more you will project it, the better it will be received by others.
