Braised Pork Chops with Onion Recipe.. ( Chinese Style)

Easy way in making tender juicy pork chop recipe..
Serves = 3 =
Ingredients :
2 bone-in pork loin chops
1/2 onion slices
1 tbsp garlic finely chopped
1 shallot finely chopped
Marinate pork :
1 tsp light soy sauce
1 tbsp cooking wine
1 tbsp cornstarch
A dashes of white pepper powder
For the sauce:
1 tsp white sugar
1 tsp dark soy sauce
1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
50 ml of water
1 tsp light soy sauce
