The way to get ground meat finely ground is commonly made but adding a some water to ur dut h oven or whatever ur cooking it in and mush it up with ur hands before turning the heat on. Could maybe even use ur immersion blender. Thats how alot of ppl dp it when making a chili sauce for hotdogs or whatever.

I sure hope we can get back to normal soon. Unfortunately where i am things were getting better but we have been hit with a third wave so basically back to square one. Restaurants, gyms, spas all have been ordered to close again. It sucks. Just when we think its gettimg better it all goes downhill again as covid cases spike.

Im with ya on the veal. My hubby LOVES it but i just cant do it. I have tried a bite and its delicious yes but i cant. I wont cook it either. He gets it when we eat out if the restaurant had it. Alot of restaurants dont have it around here. I find its usually Diners that have it.
