DAYUM. Amazing to even think of this! I’d probably do Velveeta since I don’t trust cheddar melting and maybe that’s a skosh more liquid than I prefer, but incredible recipe! Looks so good. Edited to add: I put thinly sliced celery into my spaghetti sauce and my hot chicken salad so you totally could add celery to a hot dish,

I also can’t STAND tomatoes in any solid or original form. There are a few things that if they exist in a dish takes over the entire dish,is all I taste and is 🤮. Tomatoes, cucumbers, pickles, celery, raw bell peppers and cilantro. Glad to hear someone else is like this, most people I know think I’m crazy. 🤤thanks for the vid and recipe, this is one I will be trying.

I definitely wouldn't have taken that liquid out. The pasta would have soaked that up and made it less dry. But that's my personal opinion ❤️❤️
