Fruits, vegetables, grains/starches they all contain nutrients, minerals, good fats etc that people need. Eating all that meat, soy sauce and extra added salt will do nothing but give you gout which is very painful

Only the flesh is different but the way he cookks is always the same...first he boils the flesh with onion leaves,ginger and soya sauce and after that the same procedure....when I see this,I feel so proud of my country India which is so rich in variety and different style of cooking the same flesh in various ways...

Im in the US but yeah I'd think every dish he makes would all taste pretty much the same & some way too salty putting 2 different soy sauces plus extra salt. And a lot of the time he puts in 2-3 hot chilis/peppers so between everything you arent going to be able to taste the food, its just going to be all spices & heat from both the peppers & eating while its still boiling. Dont know how eating it would be enjoyable at all
