I was watching one of my other favorite channels the other day and the young man said he was hitting a “traditionally” lofted 7 iron at 31 degrees! I play a set of blades and the 7 is 36 degrees. I love them and they feel amazing. I don’t mind Everyone playing what they want. Just play golf :)

I’m relatively local to Bramshaw, so know a lot of people who have played that course. It’s definitely Marmite…love or hate, not much middle ground . Think most of us have been spoiled by manicured tracks.

I think you should have the roll of the dice 1-4 for the players, if 5, pick the best drive - if 6, pick the worst drive

I feel like Paul has been twisting the “loft” knife for a while based on Dan’s reaction to that comment. Feel like I’m being left out of an inside joke that never stops being funny for one of the parties involved.

I would have to disagree with Paul's comment about stronger lofts going further it would all depend on the Loft the player is presenting at the ball even though you have a a 44° pitching wedge you could still be delivering 48° down at the ball depending on your swing

Not so easy this course I am thinking but playing from fairway that looks like semi rough isn't helping. I have to comment on Dan's comment about Titliest Irons. There is no way they are the best irons. They are good I grant you but the best, no. Taylormade are much better irons in my experience and yes I have tried ap2s and thought they were merely OK. Vokeys are great wedges of course and scotty cameron putters are sublime. Only my opinion of course. For all you guys who think TM are about strong lofts, longer shafts, maybe have a look at Titliest AM3s
