Absolutely true...I was never appreciated for my effort and good work in the office..rather I was demotivated, Job switch is never a solution...They never value creativity..It's better to nurture your creativity side by side,,, which keeps you inspired and with time leave the job..this is what I did...Now I can sleep without anxiety and bad feeling...many could relate to that...very well said!
