I think Mirage Blade is just badly worded. it says that "on hit" and not "OnHit: ...." reduce the cd, as in, another item with an on hit passive. Since Essence Reaver is a SpellBlade it doesn't count either, and you never bought an item with on-hit

Suggestion for you on these Arena videos Zwag: when you happen to see Thief's Gloves in a game you should take it With your skill level, I think it'd be fun to see you attempt to make random as heck builds builds work :) (Plus it puts you an item or two ahead the entire match + ornn items late game)

i think mirage blade is saying when you hit with an on hit effect, it reduces the cd of your q. since you had no on hit effects or items it does nothing. havent finished the video yet so maybe you figured it out we will see lol
