Satya Bhai, Bangalore Airport Terminal 2 is world class & night view is more beautiful ; When did You launched Your named Outlets Satya Bhai ? As one I saw while You entering through the Terminal 2 Corridor. The interior of A350 Flight is world class having big space, beautiful ambeince & International facilities. Business Class private cabin is just Outstanding. Caff rest with comfortable seats in Premium Economy class too are admirable. Authentic south Indian tasty Breakfast served in cutleries with Fruits very satisfying. Nice top view of western ghats in the region of Satara, Raigad, Kokan & near to Mumbai. A very smooth take off & landing of this flight. At last, International Flight's exoerience in domestic run Satya Bhai !! ❤ JAI HIND

I work for Rolls Royce. and was on board this flight as support staff. I didn't realise that I entered your video somehow. I was graciously surprised to see the fanfare around this flight, which was definitely cool to see in India. Having spent a lot of time in the air on A350s, Air India's is comparatively nice, but not cutting edge compared to what others are fitting. Still, it's a huge upgrade over its existing fleet and a positive lift for Indians. The problem with AI has generally been maintenance and I was already surprised to see some wear and tear since boarding, on 22nd December last year, the brand new VT-JRA. While still in operations training, the soft product was lacking from the quality of dining (extremely poor breakfast), lack of beverages, and the lack of warmth from the cabin crew. Hopefully these are just early day jitters and will be resolved.

The hard products are different but main qualms are regarding the maintenance and service. I don’t expect the Safran Unity hard product to transform the latter issues.

Thanks for posting the video !! Also to add ... Also to add, I just had landed in Bengaluru from Pune onboard AIX (ex Air Asia) around 3:35 AM today (22nd Jan 2024). While traveling on a shuttle bus, I really saw the Airbus A359 of Air India (honestly not making it up) but I couldn't make video or photo 😢. But I did catch Qatar A350-1000, Emirates A380, Lufthansa B747-400, etc. on the Bengaluru tarmac. 😅😅

Every thing is good about this new A350 but, I saw in Premium economy that, there is only 1 1 tv for the passengers who sits in the front seat. Air india should provide 2 tv screens at the front seats

You’re right, they will replace those Aeroflot IFE screens in the front of the Premium Economy class.

IFE is attached at the bottom of the seat and can be taken out from there. In short, all first seats also have individual screens. It has to be taken out from bottom and then it has to be unfolded according to your desired angle.

@@DDG_IN47 The screensize is same as that of economy seats. They easily get folded and fit in the gap between 2 seats. You should maybe watch a video for the IFE of first seats of economy and premium economy, I am not able to describe it here.

Bengaluru T2 airport looks great. But to be honest, it is a bit over the top. An airport has to be secured, super clean, big, spacious, and should be very comfortable. However it need not be so gaudy. It is not an amusement park nor a museum. And about AirIndia, now that it is under TATA, there is no doubt in my mind that it will soon be the best Airline of India. I am proud that I have been an employee of a TATA company during my career.

The plane is new to the crew and the pilots, so they need to settle first and practice in short haul flight, by 2-3 months they will serve the a350 for long haul flights i.e international flights
