How is Arcane Garb better than Mystic Vestments? 1 agi is not 1 MS. 1 agi is like .3333 or .5 MS. So the 3 MS difference wins. Why make my chest slower, then add Agi to it, then take away some Will to give to the agi (And it doesn't have MR on it). Please tell me if I'm not understanding something.
