The new homes are great inside but still very expensive Let’s just say I was going to buy this house First thing is putting a steel roof on it that’s silver to reflect heat Asphalt shingles don’t last 10 years in Florida if a dark color I learned that with my first house that was new It had a charcoal color roof with a 30 yr warranty Only lasted 6 years and I replaced it myself with a white asphalt roof and it’s still on the house 21 years later

Hi Mr. C! I’m glad you enjoyed the home and the tour. In my opinion the Beverly Hills area is very clean and much bigger lot sizes. Meaning more privacy. But the caveat is there’s you’re a little bit further away from the city. It is slightly closer to the coast but it’s much more north of where hurricanes typically hit Florida. So it tends to be safer and lower insurance rates
