Ocala is not in central Florida. Ocala is in North Central Florida, which is a massive difference. And if you’re not from Florida, North Central is the highest crime rate in central Florida. Followed by central Florida, then followed by South Central Florida. There is also a lot of crime in Ocala and surrounding area. If I own the house, I personally would never live there. Maybe if I had a condo with security. Ocala is also full of crackheads from one into the other. There is a lot of drugs. And if you’re floating, you know that we know Orlando to Ocala is a drug land . Also, that home is probably built out of rice paper. For those who don’t know that’s a joke. That house is probably worth less than the land. Houses being built in the last 3 to 4 years are built with terrible quality. That home is not worth $300,000. And someone’s stupid enough to do that will lose a lot of money very soon.

Beautiful home. The only downside is the pantry is way too small for that beautiful kitchen. Everything else is just perfect. The master bathroom is my favorite.
