Love this list. I cooked up something similar. Running snuggly and hidden cove it’s more location focused and aims to keep removal heavy decks on their toes.

I tried something very similar to this with Cri-Kee as a fun finisher. Any number of Li Shangs on board represents potential huge lore swings. Had 2 Shangs on board and 1 other unit that quests for 1. Was at 11 Lore. Dropped Cri-Kee, all units went to 3 lore and ended the game out of the blue. Even if you cant finish that turn, CriKee by himself threatening 3 lore after a huge Loreswing can sometimes just steal games after opponent commited to playing vs what they assume is a regular Discard build.

I love that you are trying other ink combos. I myself dabbled a bit in blue emerald blucky variant. Was fun and felt strong. But due to limited testing opportunities I went back to ES for the dlc

I did something that was basically the same at the end of May and it’s a fun deck. Was pretty much just pushing how far I can go with Bucky and Diablo. I did run Pegasus line just for the free lore you get from the shift

I tried this combo in Set 2 but the floodborns and removal options weren't as good. This has potential with Diablo to add to the draw power and brawl for removal. Fun to see this updated brew!

Like clockwork, I just made a E/R aggro budget deck that tries to abuse Li Shang. I may have missed it, but did you ever mess around with Training Grounds, Hidden Cove and/or Lumiere to gain Strength? I guess this variation is more focused on Floodborne for Bucky. I was trying to take advantage of the two Pete cards that synergize with strength boosting. Love seeing your new deck ideas!

I think you should probably add either 2x Be Prepared, or 2x Sisu Empowered Sibling, or both. Shifting Sisu on 6 clears out Bucky & Diablo and gives you a powerful quester.

I built the same deck concept Monday but I focused on a lot more Floodborn with the Honest John and Bucky. That way my opponent loses lore while discarding.

I actually lost to this deck recently, but it was slightly different. It used Hidden Inkcaster to huge effect and it let the opponent play way more uninkables.

For me, Emerald-Ruby is all about Muses, Lady Tremaine and A Pirate's Life xD
