Did you know that You can actually rob the pharmacy by first, you need the sports bike, and a dog. Get your dog at the entrance of the hospital to get the bike in, then take over the head doctors shift and block the door with your bike so the police don't get in, then get a patient until they need medicine, go and steal every drug from the pharmacy, make sure u do it before so she doesn't warn you, when she calls the police leave from the entrance near the diagnosis room and escape with a ambulance. Honestly this game is great but the developers suck at updating, takes way too long for too small or updates. Should have barely taken two months for the firefighters update. With six months there should be a whole new story or updates to things already in the game like the police
