Hey buddy, Mahesh Here and I am also havin the same lights. I would suggest you to place those lights over the crash guard or somewere else because when you suddenly hit the pot hole on higher speeds the lights gets rumbled and those yellow cover falls anywhere.

Himalayan is having 8Ah battery 12x8=96w (Capacity) Your foglight 60w each 60x2=120w So, 120-96=24w (extra power consumption)

First it's 40 watt LED...not 60...,.cree XML led .... and if you use more than 96watt no problem.... bike's magnet coil support the extra charge ...... it's start in 1.5 (rpm)

Led consumes less power compared to a halogen, so battery life will increase comparatively. But the wiring system is different for replacing halogen with led, advice to get it done by experts.
