Nice review Nigel. They are putting a lot of interesting products and I do like their airbrushes. I don’t think I need the pure siphon brush but this one is the best of both worlds, along with the clear view for accurate spraying. I damaged the nozzle on my Iwata brush and it was£40 plus postage to replace it. Hugs to Dottie

Good review, stripdown and rebuild really interesting and useful too. Couple of questions about the syphon feed, looks like a press in connection but can rotate, what stops that leaking over time the jar being heavier than a cup. Do you think that could become an issue? And maybe a silly nubee question but lets say using outlaw paints could you decant a bottle into a jar and leave it in there just sealing the connection end without the paint going off? Maybe that's the point of jars or is it just for volume I don't know. Thanks

The bottles are fitted with a very fine taper, just like all of this design do, the taper "locks" when pressed firmly. The paint could be stored but the air vent and neck would need to be plugged.

I don't know if it's an issue on my end but every time you do a review on Gaahleri I use your link and EVERY airbrush is out of stock. Been to their site about 10 times and all say sold out.

@ I'm UK adjacent 😜 Tried shopping via VPNs to change my country and still the same result. It's a shame as I'd quite like the Swallowtail.
