My family is living directly opposite ! It used to be a provision shop . When I was a kid , I would run across the road to buy my snacks . The bus stop was also located exactly outside the main door and passengers waiting for the bus used to take shelter from the rain in the five foot way along the house . The bus stop later on was relocated further up near Rambutan Road . Ah……… childhood memories

There's a few concern questions here. The parking area is a tad weird. Is it a designated space for the shophouse? I can see the concrete barrier blocking the backyard and the car there is just parking blocking the pathway. Also the backyard is literally just an open public space behind the house. Are the new owners allowed to use it for private usage?

There's something up/wrong with the place.. super hot property market in the last 12-14 months with conservation houses being snapped up left right centre and this still hasn't sold. Also, that area highlighted is not for parking, its government land and goes over a pathway. Not sure how the owner got approval to put an electric car charger there. Maybe they didn't. lol.
