Maribel Baez I love both of those foundations. They both have about the same coverage. The Maybelline doesn’t keep me matte, the L.A. Girl stays matte all day for me. I love them both!

I was so excited after seeing a couple of reviews, and ordered it. I can say that it is absolute CRAP!! It's not matte really at all. I don't like super matte, so I wasn't even really disappointed with that. I loved that it's thin, not thick. It was immediately obvious that it clings to any/every little dry spot like crazy. So I exfoliated really really well, and tried it again. It is probably the weakest foundation I have ever used! I used a good primer, setting powder and a setting spray, and it came off immediately. I wore sunglasses for about an hour, and ALL of the foundation was gone from the sides of my nose. A little water dripped down my mouth, and again...it was gone and sooooo obvious. It balls up, and you can't even try to fix it! Returning tomorrow!!

I'm sorry I love your channel but I have to say this. LA Girl is so unethical they have failed to represent black and brown women WHOM PURCHASED THEIR PRODUCTS AT "BEAUTY SUPPLY STORES". These are stores that are in predominantly ethnic areas in which I do not live anymore but grew up in one,so I know these stores don't exist here in any suburban or rural areas.Now that they've so called blew up from these POC exposure using their products on line and essentially blowing them up so that other women knew about them this is the thanks they give them!it's pretty pathetic to say the least!
