In the master bathroom if you got rid of that cabinet in the middle with a funny little shelves on each side and replace it with a coffee bar, mini fridge and a microwave, there would never even be a need to leave the master suite. 👍

One of the things I noticed is the separation wall which you don’t see much anymore in homes. It’s nice to have your living area and kitchen separated it breaks down on noise level. Plus also you hardly ever see the cobalt blue cabinets with the white tile flooring. Beautiful home chance keep up the fantastic work. God bless to you and yours!!!!

OMG. The entry to the kitchen is top level. I had to stop the feed and go back to the beginning. That is a beautiful kitchen.

I love the colors and the kitchen very pretty and finally, finally a mobile home with a place to put a freezer. You don't see that very often. Whoever did the staging makes you imagine yourself living in it. Very comfortable. The price is good too. I would own this over a sticks and brick home.

Absolutely stunning… I loved my manufactured home, but now it’s almost impossible to get financing and insurance… The builder’s are even better now and the quality is so much better…. I watched a lot of YT videos before I bought a car. Now I've been watching Chance's Channel. Oh, what I see here! I had to pause to comment and I already know I have to watch this again. I'm loving this home tour right here.

There are a few things I would change on this house. First, I would have either French doors or a wider door on the front (I need wheelchair access). Second, I would choose either a different backsplash, or have the one shown in this house grouted in white. In the main bathroom, I would have a larger cabinet where the one is with space on each side (or cabinets on each side of the one in middle. It seems like wasted space. I would have a woodstove put in where the electric one stands. Overall I love this house, especially the price range! Thank you Chance for showing it to us!

I absolutely love this house. I am one who loves the fact the the kitchen is not right out in the open. I love that it's behind a wall! Love it. Cause who wants guest seeing the dishes from breakfast in da sink if you just got home from work! Ugggg! Put the kitchen behind a wall for my sanity! This is it ok!

Another winner with this one! There were just a few things tho ..I didn't like the range hood. It really clashes with the cupboards. Very minor things. The layout was unique. I love the entrance into the living room! It was laid out very well. Good size bedrooms.... And the bathroom in the main bedroom was like a spa! It was gorgeous. So much space... Definitely a fave!

Beautiful! I want it. I like the little Feng Shui in the foyer and living room that makes a cirlcle into the kitchen. Wonderful craftsmanship throughtout! Shouts quality! My only gripe is this, for the hallway bath, wow, with all that square footage in this home, I would like to see more square footage in that bathroom. It's seems rather cramped compared to the rest of the home? But she sure is a beauty! thanks for the share!
