First of all, Chance, quit pretending that you aren't doing a great job of showing these houses! You better be just Chancing around with us! Your style is actually entertaining! That's important! This home is the first one that completely sings to me! Would I want to change a few things? Yes! But, I could take it as is. The only other home that I've liked this much was the "Chalet" model! I'm very picky about flooring and cabinets. I love archyop cabinets made of oak or mahogany. Hardwood flooring. I build custom cabinets and furniture . I'm very particular about wood grain I want matching grain. I abhore cheap made cabinets and furniture.

Ok last comment for this video 😅 the black Spiderman is Venom. Your little boy might not get into the movie bc I think it's for older kids but I think you might enjoy it. Yes, I Dont like any of the "patched panel) features. I would rather see an empty room so I can imagine my style. I don't like white cabinets. I like plain sheetrock walls. So if they are white that is too much white. Why do we not see a lot of black cabinets?

Love that the sink is not on the island. I also like that there's a short hallway to the main bedroom. I would change a couple of things. Instead of the shelf with decor at the front door, build a small coat closet. And maybe eliminate one bedroom and the den/family room as a smaller option. 😊

Love, love, love! And yes Chance God loves us ALL!! I knew that was a pantry and I'm glad you went back and did the dance, lol. I love the hood, as I have designed a lot of homes and especially in my own I use all colors and it just gives it a touch of class! You know I had to sell my home in the pandemic to move closer to my parents and take care of them and my Mom died of COVID, , and I keep saying God is going to bless me with another home! I don't know how and I don't know when, but I've claimed it, thank you Jesus!!! Keep going Chance, you are doing a great job!

Hey buddy, this is one of the few homes that you have showcased that meets all of my expectations. It has a foyer, and everything else is properly structured too! I would take it as is, don't have to do anything except for building a nice deck off of the sliding glass doors, wow! Darealdeal

Chance, look at the cabinet on either side of the stove hood. At the top of each there is a pane of glass, these are the only ones with that. Is there a purpose for it, or is it cosmetic only? Maybe at one time there was a reason for it? And because it is pretty it just stuck? Idk but I have wondered about those for a long time and every time I see them I start wondering all over again 😅

Oh my Chance I really like this home. Love the floating cabinet at the front door with the light under it! Kitchen is fantastic The pantry should be on the side of the microwave. This home is really nice..well thought out floor plan...I love that light under the cabinet in the foyer..love all the cabinets, plenty of storage...nice big rooms..bright and airy...absolutely love there's a family room...still don't like the open floor plan but I wouldn't let that keep me from buying it...very nice on the exterior also...I could see this by the lake with a beautiful view with all those windows...240K is a bet steep but it's also a big house...I would definitely put it on my list....

I agree Chance, I would prefer the FAMILY to be in black, I also prefer neutral colors so that when I want to change the color in a room all I have to do is change the curtains, spread, pillows and you have a whole new room WITHOUT painting. I do enjoy your model tours

You mentioned the tray ceiling in the living room, but the way the wood is installed there is actually called a “coffered ceiling.” It’s actually a really elegant touch. We don’t see them much anymore, but they were found in a lot of turn-of-the-century homes that were well known for their millwork, such as Craftsman and Victorian homes. Wood is expensive and millwork was, and is, an incredible form of art, so they were found in the more expensive, luxurious homes.💗

My home by Cavalier was builtin 2005. This is almost an identical floor plan as mine. I have the walk-in pantry, heavy crown molding and baseboards, up graded appliance and fixtures, fireplace, etc. In 2005, my house sold for $70,000 dollars! How times have changed!

I always like seeing homes with at least a small covered porch so you don't have to stand in pouring rain while you open the door. I love the foyer with the vanity. It is so pretty and welcoming. Love that huge island. Great for cutting fabric and it seems to have a lot of drawers along with the ones in white, this kitchen has excellent storage! Huge dining space you could have a really big table and a matching hutch if you wanted! Hey I have containers like those in the pantry and they are great. Love the size of that pantry. I am so happy to see the hot water heater behind a real door so easy to get at if the pilot light goes out or whatever. Hiding the water heater behind those pieces of I don't know what that you have to unscrew it to get to it is for the birds, especially since most of them seem to be located in closets which means if you need to access it, you have to move stuff in the closet. The whole thing becomes a chore. Hate those barn doors -- please tell me that in a house this nice you can have a different option?!?!? Except for those barn doors, I like this home.

Love the design and layout. I love 4 bed,2bath, w/ fam rm. My fam rm runs the width of house, prefer ,1/2 the size to increase bedrooms, like this. Also Champion. Great house, cost much more than mine 2008 Great storage and Pantry.

Love the entrance, the living room and ceiling but I would like a small wall between the kitchen and living room, would also prefer a functional kitchen window, like the size of the rooms, the closets aren’t bad, love all the windows and sliding glass doors, I would like square sinks in the bathrooms, like that there is a door to the laundry room, not liking the barn doors much, like the black hardware, kind of over the gray colors, black window frames as well, porch/deck front and back… Just my opinion 😊

Chance, I loved this house from the moment you walked in the front door and showed us the entry way floating vanity! This house has everything a homeowner could need to make a home. And that Master Suite is amazing. I have been following you for about 3 years and I love the way you tour the houses that you show us the one thing that I would like for you to work on is to do a more thorough scan of the island so that i can see the drawers and cabinets configuration, especially on single section homes. I like alot of these homes . But my son bought a 4 bedroom nice brick home on 5 acres with a 4 roll down doors nice shop and he only paid 150.000.00 and these homes are 237.000.00 for just 1 home . My son got a great deal but these homes have gotten really expensive !
