The lyrics are pretty damn literal. it's about taking advantage of, and essentially date raping, an overly drunk girl while he was also drunk, but sober enough to consciously realize she was too fucked up to consent and what he was doing was wrong but did it anyway. the song is a confession. Regardless, what's come out about him doesn't suddenly make all of Brand New's music suck. Separate the art from the artist.
